Continuity mistake: After Curly, Smee, and Nibs find the dead search and rescue guys, Smee is in front with Curly behind him. Then, as she starts to walk to the left to investigate more, the camera cuts, and suddenly she's in front of him. (00:25:20)

Continuity mistake: Hermit and Bergerfeld interrupt a party to tell the people inside to evacuate the building. As Bergerfeld is trying to explain the situation to the man who opens the door, he has his hand up gesturing. The guy shuts the door in his face while Bergerfeld's hand is still up; the camera cuts to a different angle and suddenly his hand is down. (00:29:10)

Continuity mistake: When Kavalier is telling Kirsh to change the mission to collect the specimens off the ship, Kirsh is walking next to a table with lots of items on it. Moments later, after the call ends, Nibs is asking about Wendy being out there all on her own. The table is shown again, and what appears to have been a small white cylindrical item, possibly a salt shaker, which was next to a few stacked small boxes, appears to have disappeared off the table. Continuity mistake: Wendy jumps down into a wet underground tunnel, and there are 4 orange lights on the ceiling directly behind her before a gap where the tunnel is crumbling. Then, when it cuts to a close-up of her head, suddenly there are 5 lights behind her. (00:05:00)

Continuity mistake: When the bald girl is talking to Kirsh about the scorpion, the IV vial hanging beside her initially has its label turned so that the metal support bar is covering it. Later, as she turns back to ask if he's going to kill it, the vial is shown again with the label now fully visible, the bar no longer covering it. (00:10:00 - 00:10:30)

Revealing mistake: When Captain Morrow welds the door to lock Zevari out of the Mother room, the computer screen reads "Crew Status?.. Crew Dead." In the next angle, this same text is reflected on Morrow's head, but it still reads the same way. The text should be flipped like a mirror since it's a reflection off his skin. (00:27:35)

Continuity mistake: When the kids turned, Hybrid Synthetics are in a group circle; three of them are back to back in the middle. As the one called Nibs in the brown shirt says, "I didn't like it." Behind her is the one in the blue shirt, and she lifts her head up. The angle changes to another shot, and suddenly the blue shirt girl's head is down again for her to raise it up once more. Continuity mistake: When Wendy comes into the room to tell the other Hybrid Synthetics that there's a spaceship crash and they are now a rescue team, the guy with the brown shirt is lying down on the couch and lifts his torso up a little bit to look at her. In the next shot, he's now almost fully sitting up looking at her. The black guy in the blue shirt lying next to the couch also seems to move closer to the couch, almost hugging it, between shots. Continuity mistake: When Kirsh is leading the Hybrid Synthetics to the helicopter/dropship on the landing pad, Kirsh is walking out front in the middle of the group. Then the camera cuts to behind them as they start to board the ship, and suddenly the taller guy is right behind Kirsh, to where you can't even see Kirsh. Before then, we see Kirsh start to go up the ramp, being almost to the left of the tall guy, no longer in the middle. (00:47:40)

Continuity mistake: At the start, the crew just woke up and are eating. The one guy has a bowl, and the doctor tells him he's not supposed to have a heavy meal yet. He takes the bowl to set it down. The woman in the peach-coloured shirt next to the doctor is holding her bowl and has her spoon in it. Then, in the next shot, suddenly she's only just now picking up her bowl to bring the spoon to it.

Continuity mistake: At the dinner table, one of the guys asks about the moon, and the girl next to him says, "No, that's Dynamic." Her hand is up on her shoulder by her face and empty. There is a split-second cutaway to two older men, then back to her as she continues talking about "Yutani has Mars and Saturn," mid-sentence, and suddenly now she has a spoon in her hand and it's down at her bowl. Continuity mistake: After Captain Morrow threatens to put the older guy confined to quarters once they argue over the specimens, the doctor is sitting on the right side of the screen with his hands between his legs. The camera cuts to a different angle as the older man walks away, and suddenly the doctor's hand is on top of his leg. (00:06:20)

Other mistake: When attacking an enemy with the spiked baseball bat, the weapon appears to hover a few inches away from the victim's head instead of making contact. Despite the clear gap between the bat and his skull, both the character and the weapon react as though the blow connected, with blood effects and animation playing normally.

Continuity mistake: When Rey's speeder is first shown, there is a hole/dent in the front, and the front grille has 11 slats. Then when a raider attacks Rey from behind, a shot shows the dent has changed shape, and now the grille has 9 slats. (00:00:44)

Revealing mistake: Cosmetic: When using the Chicken Kiev on Heavy, a lot of other cosmetics will clip through it. Like beards, glasses, and some hats poking through the chicken head.

Continuity mistake: When one of the raiders attacks Rey with a downward swing of his weapon and strikes the bike, the back portion of her speeder bike has suddenly vanished. (00:00:42)
