Continuity mistake: After the first shoot out, the thieves take the armored truck and drive off. The black sedan they have with them is driven behind them and is shot up pretty bad. As they exit the parking lot of the donuts shop, the red covers on the tail lights are missing/falling off. But both tail lights are seen on. A few shots later it's driving behind the truck and now it's left tail light is out with only the right one on. Then as a shot from in front of the truck pans past them the car drives by and you can see it's left tail light is not only on, but intact and has the red cover on it once more. Yet then as the car is pulling into the garage of the hide out, both tail lights are now shot out. (00:06:05 - 00:07:15)

Continuity mistake: When Jason lunges at Batman with his knife, there is a pile of garbage by the wall where he lands. In the first shot the barrel by the garbage is wooden. But in the next shot it's suddenly a metal barrel/drum. It then changes back to a wooden barrel again. (00:04:20)

Continuity mistake: After Bill punches the door open at the end of the alley, the old couple get up and escape. There is a wooden barrel and trash in the corner where they were hiding. But moments later when Batman breaks Bill's leg, the corner is seen behind him and the barrel and trash are gone. (00:05:15 - 00:05:55)

Continuity mistake: As Mario is walking up to his lawn chair on the beach, you get a clear look at the stripe pattern on the cloth. In the shot after Sonic sneaks onto the lawn chair, the pattern of the stripes has changed. And there is much more blue area between the bottom most stripe and the wood of the chair than previously. Continuity mistake: After Mario is victorious and is lying back down in his lawn chair, watching the mushroom cloud, he's back in his swim trunks with Cheep Cheep fish on it. An extra Cheep Cheep appears on his left leg by his crotch that was not there at the start of the episode. (00:15:20 - 00:18:10)

Continuity mistake: After using the Chaos Emeralds to go Hyper Sonic, suddenly Sonic's shoes get buckles on the sides of them. But after Hyper mode wears off and you see Sonic falling through the atmosphere, his shoes are back to how they were before with no buckles on the outside edges. When Sonic hits the beach and explodes into a mushroom cloud, his severed leg and foot lands in Mario's hands, and the buckle reappears on Sonic's dead foot. (00:17:45)

Continuity mistake: At the table when Constantine is talking with Chas, they mention him throwing up on his aunt at a wedding and Constantine says he thought she took it fine. He lowers his hand with his cigarette pointed down in the close up. But in the next angle it's suddenly pointed up. (00:05:35)

Mario VS Sonic (Nintendo VS Sega) - S5-E13

Continuity mistake: After Mario throws Sonic down, exploding him into a mushroom cloud, Mario shakes his scraped up hands and looks at them. In this shot his hands have some distance between each other. But in the next shot from over his shoulders, suddenly his hands are right next to each other. Also, the damage to his gloves change between shots slightly in some areas. Most notable is his left thumb. In the first shot, there are two separate holes there, one on his thumb and another next to it on his palm. But in the over the shoulder shot, the holes are joined as one big hole. (00:18:00)

Continuity mistake: At the dinner scene, just before Peter asks his mother if she's okay, the meat on his plate, (apparently chicken) is sitting with the mounted end up. It cuts to his mother then back to him without him moving, and suddenly the meat has flipped upside down the other way. And it flips around several times through this scene. (00:56:55 - 00:58:00)

Continuity mistake: Tommy, the truck driver, offers Ray a tip and Ray puts a money box on the desk and opens it. After they discuss him not wanting to accept the tip for a moment and then Tommy walking away letting him keep it, it cuts to Ray putting the money in his back pocket. In that shot the money box has disappeared from the desk, without him ever having touched it again in that scene. (00:18:10)

Continuity mistake: When they are first fighting, Will throws Ben onto the dishwasher. And as he rolls off it, there is a blue plate with a wooden spoon sitting on top of it. When Ben turns and grabs for a knife in the dishwasher, suddenly the blue plate is gone and replaced by various tupperware, and the wooden spoon is now standing up in a slot. (00:24:10)

Continuity mistake: While the police are chasing Gabriel on his motorcycle, in one shot it shows a cop car behind him following on his left. But in the next shot as the cop car hits some dirt, it's suddenly on his right. (00:57:25)

Revealing mistake: When The Jackal shoots Koslova through the couch, you can see a small hole in the fabric of the couch already there, before it's made larger by the special effects team's work. (01:25:05)

Trivia: A long running mystery of this game, there is one spot where an abandoned building is off in the distance. If you unlock the camera and head to that spot, you can find an odd figure of a man standing there. It is unknown who this is or why it's there, being an unfinished abandoned area of the game, or a detail, or just some odd bug. One theory is that it seems to resemble one of the game developers Shigenori Nishikawa.

Trivia: Hidden out of bounds in many areas of this game, there are some secret objects the developer dubbed "Lord of the Pies" which resemble a pie with a face on it with a very large top hat. These items are hidden and can only be found by glitching into out of bounds in the game.

Bug: By using the Set Restart feature in this one area, you can glitch yourself to be walking under the water. Here you can walk among some nicely animated fish.

Trivia: If an area has a missing texture that wasn't covered by the graphics team, there's a message on the walls that reads "I suck at making maps." This was something left by the level designers for the graphics artist to help them in placing textures on some walls. There is one elevator that if it glitches and doesn't spawn and you fall down the elevator shaft, you will find a few panels like this displaying this message.

Trivia: There is a building that, if you climb up it and get out of bounds, you will find an unfinished RPG weapon sitting up there that you can use. It's just suspended in mid air. This weapon was meant to be removed from the game as the developers decided it didn't fit in with the game's setting. This RPG did appear in previous CoD games but not this one, except an unfinished version of it on that one map. The gun is incomplete, missing some animations and sound effects but is still mostly functional.
