Continuity mistake: When Lois is trying to Get Stewie to eat some cake, there is a bowl on the table with flowers. In most of the shots, the bowl has 4 flowers in it. Then after Chris walks in and sits down, Stewie exclaims that he's ready to eat his cake, and in a close-up suddenly there's 5 flowers in the bowl now. (00:11:25)

Then, after Lois walks up and is talking to him, the close-up of her shows a bunch of people behind her, including the same blonde woman in a purple one-piece now standing next to a different man in blue swim trunks. Character mistake: If you go into the cave, there's a bundle of dynamite waiting to be lit and blown up. You're supposed to have a specific item to summon fire before you can light it. However, if you have bought the character Haskell from the shop, he's a being literally made of fire. Yet being made of fire, he still can't light the dynamite fuse without the special item.

Factual error: Just before the drone shot, the surveillance feed shows a busy city crosswalk, but the on-screen coordinates are 32.443518° N, 169.446082° W, placing the location in the middle of the Pacific Ocean over 1,600 miles from land. Moments later, the same coordinates appear again in the drone footage, revealing that the filmmakers reused the same HUD data for two completely different locations. (00:01:35)

Other mistake: This mistake appears to only be in the digital version of the episode on Hulu and Disney+. After Stewie fires the net gun at the other kid in the Duck Duck Goose game and says he's still it, we get our first real look at Janet as she giggles at Stewie. For a few frames as it zooms in on her, the top of her head is cut off and blinks out of existence. (00:05:55)

Character mistake: The Fire Bat variant of the Bat and the Gamma Worm variant of the Worm are both listed as Fire Types in the bestiary and count towards the tasks of "Kill fire type enemies" in quests. However, the actual Wildfire enemies, which are literally made out of fire, are not considered fire types and don't count towards fire type kill quests.

Continuity mistake: The amount of Hogarth Hughes' name that appears on the crushed BB gun shifts a bit from when Mansley picks it up and when it's shown later in the film. In the first shot, all that is seen is Hog Hug. Yet later, small bits of the second H in Hughes are visible with the name having been shifted to the side a little, as well as shifted down a little, as the wood grain line cuts through the bottom of the U at first but now is at the top of the U.
