Continuity mistake: Meg is wearing a pink top and blue bottoms in most of this episode, even when sitting at a table watching TV. Then, a few seconds later, when she demands her mum go get her a bag of Skittles, Meg is now in a solid pink dress.

Continuity mistake: Quagmire and Meg are sitting on the couch. From out of nowhere he gives Meg a gift for her birthday. He came over empty handed. (00:04:27)

Continuity mistake: When everyone starts playing charades, Joe is acting out a character. He has black shoes on. The boat throws him overboard and when back on the boat his shoes are white.

Darth Vader - Power of the Dark Side - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: For most of the episode, Vader's chest panel is correct for Episode 4: A New Hope, since this is a recreation of the Vader scene in Rogue One. With the green light on the top right and a red light just under it, with the red switch on the bottom left. When Vader is marching towards the last remaining Rebel, he suddenly has the Empire Strikes Back chest panel where the bottom red switch is on the same side as the green light. (00:00:23)

Continuity mistake: Vader picks up the last Rebel with the Force and pulls him close. The Rebel's arms are stretched out behind him, locked straight at the elbows. Then, in the next shot, they are suddenly more out to his side and his arms are bent. (00:00:27)

Trivia: Something you probably would not realise unless you stopped to look at the train coming at you, but in the Kalimari Desert there is a train going around the tracks in the desert. If you look at the front of the train, the engine number is actually 64. Like the Nintendo 64 console, the game is on and this being Mario Kart 64.

Trivia: In Bowser's Castle, there is a Thwomp locked behind bars, and if you bump the bars he will make a face and laugh at you. The laugh used is actually the same laugh from Wario but slightly slowed and pitched down. Rumours about this Thwomp circulated around playgrounds for years and players nicknamed him Marty. Developers even gave a nod to him in later Mario Kart games reusing the laugh. And Marty has also become the subject of several creepypastas.

Trivia: The Sunken Ghost Ship is one of the haunted house levels in the game and is a partially sunken ship next to the stone ring that leads to the Valley of Bowser. In the manual for the game, this ship is actually described as being one of the air ships that Mario had previously taken down in Super Mario Bros. 3.

Continuity mistake: When Vader ignites his lightsaber, there is smoke billowing up from the ground in front of him. Then in the next shot from behind, looking at the Rebels, the smoke is gone. (00:00:08)

Continuity mistake: When Vader starts cutting through the Rebels, the panel on his chest has lights that are a green one on the top right, with a red light just below that. Continuity mistake: While Vader is swinging his lightsaber at the rebels, his chest plate is in the correct configuration for Episode 4: A New Hope, with a green light on the top right and a red light under it, with the red light/switch on the bottom being on the left side. But then, mid-attack, when he holds his arms out to use the Force, the bottom red light/switch suddenly moves to the right side like in Episodes 5 and 6 of the Star Wars movies. (00:00:16)

Continuity mistake: Once Vader starts to slash at the Rebels, he cuts down three of them. All three of them go flying backwards so that when they are on the ground, their heads would be pointed away from Vader and feet towards him. But just after Vader cuts down the 3rd, he uses the Force to pull other Rebels' blasters to him and there's a brief shot of one of the dead Rebels on the ground. But he's facing the wrong direction, with his head towards the direction Vader just came from. (00:00:18)

Revealing mistake: When biting someone who's wearing a thick scarf, the player character vampire will be seen as if sucking blood from the person's neck. But the thick scarf is still in the way, with the vampire's face clipping through it.
