Visible crew/equipment: After Tara is found in the Janitor's closet and brought back to her room as Willow & Buffy come in, there is a mirror to the left of the door. It has a scarf draped over it to prevent it from reflecting things it shouldn't, but the bottom right corner is still exposed and in it you can see glimpses of the crew moving around behind the camera.
Visible crew/equipment: When Topanga carries Cory into the room you can see a crew member's hand triggering the doors to open.
Visible crew/equipment: When Peyton walks into her biological mother's big collection of records room, there is a man who is wearing shorts and white shoes in the room to the left in the shot where they just entered the room. (00:25:00)

Visible crew/equipment: When Brenda is talking with Michael Miller, you can see a microphone come into the top of the frame.
Visible crew/equipment: In the episode where Carl is "fishy sitting" for his boss, Steve is explaining to the boss how he swallowed the fish. You can clearly see the studio lights reflected in Steve's glasses.
Riots, Drills and the Devil: Part 2 - S1-E7
Visible crew/equipment: In Riots, Drills and the Devil Part 2, when LJ's mom turns off the TV, the camera man's image can be seen in the glass next to the television. (00:18:20)
Visible crew/equipment: When the son of the accident victims is being led through the trauma rooms to see his parents' bodies, you can see Laura Innes crouching under a table in the background directing the scene. Innes was the director of this episode and it was established that this episode took place on her character's day off. Therefore, she should not have appeared in front of the camera at all. Visible crew/equipment: The arm of the actual carriage driver is visible poking through the back of the carriage, slapping the horse and signaling it when to stop/proceed with a second set of reins, showing the actor in the carriage was not controlling the horse at all.
Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the episode, after Cook's father has been pushed off the boat, there should be only 4 people left on the boat (J, Freddie, Cook and Effie). However there is a camera man sitting behind Freddie inside the opening to the hull (you can see their arm/hand and camera lens).

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Natalie arrives to the dinner party "pregnant" and Mr. Monk is going to "help her with her coat" there is a female crew member on the other side of the sliding door (to the left of the door). (00:31:25)

Visible crew/equipment: During a pan-across of Quark's bar after it has been emptied out, the shadow of the camera is visible for a moment in the bottom right corner of the screen. (00:40:35)

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Joey and Pacey have arrived back at Capeside, and are getting things ready to get off the "True Love," in one shot you can see the microphone clipped to the back of Joey's shorts.
Visible crew/equipment: When they are at the crime scene, you can plainly see the camera and camera man reflected in Special Agent Lundy's sunglasses several times. When it is a close up shot, it is even more obvious.
