New this week Plot hole: There are two rockets to be launched. The right rocket launches. It is important for the plot for the remaining rocket to explode without being launched. Without explanation, the left rocket just falls off its ramp, lands on the floor and shortly explodes. (00:46:10)11291929
New this week Continuity mistake: In the final scene of this episode, the train is shown at twilight. When Gordon leaves the private box car, it is pitch black outside. The last shot of the episode shows the train in twilight again. (00:47:10 - 00:47:45)11291929
New this week Continuity mistake: The bird flies and lands on two books. To the right of the books is a red glass bottle with a frame document behind it. The next shot of bird shows it atop the red glass bottle which is now to the left of the books, away from the framed document. (00:01:10 - 00:02:45)11291929
Visible crew/equipment: The arm of the actual carriage driver is visible poking through the back of the carriage, slapping the horse and signaling it when to stop/proceed with a second set of reins, showing the actor in the carriage was not controlling the horse at all.
Revealing mistake: Mr. Braine screams as his steam-powered chair crashes into the bandstand. If you look closely at the next shot, just before the explosion, you can see that the dummy now in the chair has its head bowed forward. It also has light brown hair, rather than Mr. Braine's silver hair. (00:47:10)Jean G
Factual error: At the mint, Arte hides in a broom closet. He carries nothing in (nor did he hide anything in there beforehand), yet he emerges later in an "old man" disguise, wearing a wig, hat, mustache, false nose, glasses and janitor costume. Magic closet? (00:35:00)Jean G
