The Night of the Brain - S2-E21
Other mistake: Throughout this episode Gordon keeps producing orange-sized smoke bombs, but he has no pockets in his clothing large enough for all of them and if he did, the size of the bombs would be obvious in his clothing.
The Night of the Tartar - S2-E19
Other mistake: As the coach is entering the courtyard, Count Sazanov and Anastasia are standing side-by-side. In the space between them, one can see by the gate's entrance, a car driving from right to left. (00:22:15)
The Night of the Watery Death - S2-E9
Other mistake: After West escapes out of the room where he was tied, he is hiding behind a tall plant by the staircase. There is a person dressed in black lying at the top of stairs who ever so slightly moves. After the fight scene, West attempts to leave from the front door where he is met by the Marquis. When West is backing up into the room, as the Marquis says, "Boys!", one of them is now descending down from the top of stairs - no one is lying on the steps or getting up from steps. (00:31:15)
The Night of the Fatal Trap - S1-E15
Other mistake: Immediately after the opening credits, West has just finished printing a poster. The poster is still on the printing press and shows what was printed face-up. When he prints the next poster, the image is not showing on the face-up side but on the bottom side when he takes it off the printer.
The Night of the Spanish Curse - S4-E14
Other mistake: Very close to the end of this episode during the fight scene, West and Gordon throw a guy directly into the camera - causing the shot to become unfocused and shaky.
The Night of the Kraken - S4-E6
Other mistake: While walking on the waterfront after the bar fight, West and Aguila's clothes are dry where moments before they dove out a window into the ocean.
The Night of the Flying Pie Plate - S2-E6
Other mistake: When Gordon and the troopers bring the unconscious Venusian ladies in and place them in the chairs, the chairs are almost in the middle of the room. When the girls come to, the backs of the chairs are right up against a wall.
Other mistake: "Night of the Bubbling Death": When West lifts the unconscious bad guy by the shoulders and prepares to drag him out of sight, you can see drag marks already in the dirt from previous takes. (00:21:10)
The Night of the Plague - S4-E24
Other mistake: In the last fight scene, West runs uphill from the cave entering the scene from the most east side of the screen. There is a bad guy on the ground to West's right side as West is running uphill. The villains chase West, but their shot shows them entering the same scene from the middle of the screen with the guy on the ground on their left side.
The Night of the Big Blast - S2-E4
Other mistake: After Artie and Mr. Peters leave the Fortune ladies at their table, Artie continues walking even after the Mardi Gras mask he is wearing falls off.
The Night of the Raven - S2-E3
Other mistake: Balya, the Turkish representative, is killed by a knife protruding through the back of his chair. But when he falls to the floor, leaving the knife behind, there's no blood on the blade. (00:42:00)
