Visible crew/equipment: During a fight scene between Nick and the Krampus you can see a man running out of the shot. This is the part of the fight just after the kids are being lowered from the tree.
Visible crew/equipment: The Great Santini makes a vase of flowers appear on a table. Before he holds up a cloth to conceal the vase as it appears, the tips of the flowers can be seen beyond the far edge of the table. As he pulls the cloth away, there is a quick glimpse of the hand of the crew member who put the flowers on the table. (00:11:00)

A few minutes later, after Jonathan jabs scissors into Tom's throat, when Jonathan leans back out-of-breath there's another closeup of the surgical light, and we can see the upside-down reflection of the cameraman's arm and part of the camera as it moves closer, then it's visible again a few shots later. Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Jarod is being thrown into the swimming pool by Zed, the gang leader, as a sort of initiation, there is a shot where Jarod is tied up in chains sitting in a chair at the bottom of the pool. Another character is set to throw in the key just to the next of Jarod and he is supposed to fall over and get it. In the shot just before he falls over, you can see a crewmen's arm holding a chain attached to the chair in order to help Jarod fall over.
The Escape - S1-E7
Visible crew/equipment: During the Tijuana scenes, several times during and after the scene where Marissa catches Luke, you can see the shadow of the camera on the characters.
