Suggested correction: I don't see any crew. I'm watching it on Netflix. Perhaps they fixed or perhaps they edited it out after realizing the mistake. But they aren't there anymore.
Even if Netflix corrected the mistake doesn't mean the mistake is now invalid if the mistake existed in the original BBC One airing. Netflix is known to change or edit programs they stream (such as replacing soundtrack songs).
Visible crew/equipment: Season 3, "Birthday Cake": When Littlejohn goes into the river, you can see the reflection of the entire camera crew.
Visible crew/equipment: After the Alpha wolf breaks through the movie rental window, it frightens Lydia, who was parked outside. As the camera pans closer to her face, a protective plastic cover hanging off the camera can be seen in the car window's reflection. (00:03:55)

Visible crew/equipment: During George's funeral, the camera swings around to follow the employee from Happy Time (the guy who George gives files, minus the red ones, to) and as he crosses the room to the other side, you see a crew member holding a boom mic, who looks over a little startled and moves back out of view.

Visible crew/equipment: About 20 minutes in when the boys are walking up the hill to return to the boat, as the shot is drawing close to Quinn a plant gets pushed over by the camera.
Visible crew/equipment: Season 1, Episode 2, 7/6/99. When Ethan and Gwen are complaining that they're getting arrested on the beach, a boom mic can be seen in the top right corner of the screen when it pans out to show Luis putting out the fire.
Visible crew/equipment: In the 1987 Mt Rushmore conclusion, when Robert knocks Duke out with the infamous WSB chop, the put Duke on the couch. When Sean is tying Duke up is apologizing to him, at the end of the couch for several seconds (behind Duke's head) you can see the camera man moving.
All for One - S5-E4
Visible crew/equipment: When Malia points the gun to the dealer, for a second you can see two finger tips at the right edge of the screen. There is no other in the alley and it can't be the dealer because the angle would be wrong. (00:29:20)
