Continuity mistake: When Stewie jumps off the side of the hot air balloon, he has no rope attached to his ankle. Next shot they show him hanging from the hot air balloon from a rope tied to his ankle.
Continuity mistake: When Mort goes into Stewie's room, there is a sign on the door that tells Brian to stay out of his room. A few minutes later when Brian and Stewie enter the room, there is no sign on the door.

Continuity mistake: When Stewie goes down the stairs in his bed, when he hits the front door, the door opens outwards outside. It always opens towards the inside. Plus in this episode, the door is brown when he rolls outside. Next scene and the other times in the show it's a red door.
Friends Without Benefits - S11-E7
Continuity mistake: When Meg is at the movie theater with her date, she starts sweating and changes her shirt to a clean one she gets out of her purse. When they get back home, Meg no longer has her purse.
Continuity mistake: Stewie puts the gun and pictures in a bag and throws them in the trash can to get rid of the evidence. When Joe takes the lid off, he just reaches in like Stewie had put them in there separately and not in a bag.
Continuity mistake: When the black knight appears and says to Peter "What are you doing with my girl!?", there is a pitcher and a basket with a chicken leg on the table. But on the next shot where the camera is facing to Peter, both the pitcher and the basket disappear. (00:17:20)
Continuity mistake: When Meg's boss tells her to fire Peter, he has plungers on his nipples. He walks over to Meg and takes them off. A second later his shirt is tucked in without Peter being able to tuck it in. He's holding plungers in both hands.
There's Something About Paulie - S2-E16
Continuity mistake: When Paulie is eating dinner with Peter and the family, his pile of mashed potatoes changes from white to green, then back to white. (00:10:00 - 00:10:30)
Continuity mistake: When Peter's band is on stage he gets everyone's attention with a mic. Two shots later once they realise they can't play, the mic has mysteriously vanished.

Continuity mistake: When the guys are at the bar, Joe's glass of beer has foam at the top. When he starts crying, it completely disappears seconds later.
Continuity mistake: When Brian is with Stewie asking for help, we see a set of blocks on the table, including a set of 3 stacked up. In the next shot, the 3 blocks vanish.
Mr. Griffin Goes to Washington - S3-E3
Continuity mistake: When Peter is talking to Mr. Weed at the baseball game, the shade of Peter's hair color changes from lighter to darker and vice versa multiple times. (00:03:35)
Continuity mistake: Kevin takes his jacket off at the dinner table. His shirt says Ed Hardy. The name wasn't on the shirt until he took his jacket off and it disappears again when he puts the jacket back on.
Death Lives - S3-E6
Continuity mistake: The steering wheel in Cleveland's van changes color. First it's black. Then it changes to grey when Peter gets in.
Continuity mistake: In the cutaway of Brian in the Old Yeller remake, he takes out a gun and goes to shoot a boy. When he first fires, the shell from the first gunshot lands on the ground beside him, but in the next shot, the shell has suddenly rotated itself by about 90° to the left.
The Tan Aquatic with Steve Zissou - S5-E11
Continuity mistake: Stewie uses a chair to climb into his tanning bed. He tells Brian to come get him in 15 minutes. When he comes back 6 hours later, the chair is back over by the table.
Continuity mistake: When Peter returns home from being hyped up on Red Bull, he has numerous cans in his arms. When he sees Stewie he immediately drops the cans on the floor but when the camera pulls back as he sits down with Stewie in his lap, the cans of Red Bull are nowhere to be seen.
Continuity mistake: In the cutaway of Stewie talking with the three co-workers at the factory, there is a man towards the left of shot, leaning against a forklift. Beside the man is a female factory worker sitting on a crate about three to four feet to the left of him and her lunchbox is on the ground in front of the crate. In the next shot, as Stewie walks back to his forklift, the crate the woman is sitting on and the lunchbox are a much further distance from the man. The shot then pulls out, and the woman and her lunchbox are suddenly back to the original distance.
Chosen answer: It's a real song called "Elvira". Originally by Dallas Fraizer in '66, however, this version seems to be the Oak Ridge Boys cover version. However, the mega lesbians skip the verse and just sing the chorus after the opening line.
