Brian Does Hollywood (2) - S3-E2

Continuity mistake: When Stewie is interrogating Kermit, there is a yellow sun on his bed spread that is near the op with a noticeable gap underneath it towards the bottom of the cover. This sun then moves to the bottom of the cover in the following shots. The little planet that is represented by a dot in the long shot also switches sides. (00:04:30)

The Thin White Line (1) - S3-E1

Continuity mistake: When Brian finds Peter in the rehab centre, he has 7 beers in a pack on the bed beside him in a row of 4 and a row of 3. When the camera changes, the row of 4 which is on the outside has been reduced to 3 cans. And I'm Joyce Kinney - S9-E9

Continuity mistake: After Joyce reveals the secret on the news it soon cuts to Joyce sitting in front of the mirror at Quahog 5, and in the mirror's reflection we see the door behind Joyce opens at the real Lois' right side (blocking the lightswitch), but in the next shot facing Lois the door opens the opposite way (not blocking the lightswitch). Brothers & Sisters - S9-E15

Continuity mistake: When Mayor West and Carol are walking on the beach, the buttons on West's suit switch to the opposite side, and this occurs again in later scenes. When Carol and West get engaged, the buttons on Lois' blouse switch sides as well. When Carol's ex-husband, Randall, gives Peter the bag of fish, Randall's buttons also switch from the left to right between shots. (00:06:30)

Baby Not On Board - S7-E4

Plot hole: Stewie gets out of the car seat and goes back to bed, leaving the blanket at the bottom of the seat. When they get to New York, Lois goes to get him out and realises he's gone. But when they started the trip the blanket was covering the entire seat to make it look like Stewie was still in it. So who ever "covered" him up knew he wasn't in the seat before they set off. When You Wish Upon a Weinstein - S3-E22

Peter Griffin: You better watch who you're calling a child Lois. Because if I'm a child then you know what that makes you? A paedophile, and I'll be damned if I'm gonna stand here and be lectured by a pervert.

Business Guy - S8-E9

Question: In the episode, Peter threatens to fire Lois, and she responds with "you wouldn't" and Peter then replies with "Oh really, does the name Lacey Chabert mean anything to you?" which in turn makes Lois go wide eyed and reply with "OK, I'll behave" and Peter then goes on to add "Yes you will" Can anyone explain this joke if it is a joke to comprehend?

Answer: Lacey Chabert was the actress who originally voiced Meg in early episodes. She left of her own accord due to being in school and other acting work; Seth MacFarlane has stated there was no tension with her leaving, but it makes for a handy joke for the show.
