Continuity mistake: When the family are driving home from the cinema, Bart draws an angry face on the back of Homer's head. It is never there at any other point in that night.
Other mistake: When Homer is crossing the rickety bridge in the snow plow there is no snow on the planks even though he is in a blizzard and the storm couldn't have just started because the path he just came from was covered in snow. (00:18:55)

Continuity mistake: At the end of 'The Shining, ' the family sits in the snow, Homer holding Willie's portable TV. Later, when they're frozen, Homer is holding nothing, although the TV's snow-topped antenna is still there. Additionally, Homer's left shoulder is missing. This is all due to the lack of correct colorization.
White Christmas Blues - S25-E8
Continuity mistake: While Mayor Quimby is giving his speech, Moe is in two places at once. He is simultaneously standing next to Mayor Quimby and amongst the crowd of people.
Revealing mistake: While Moe is narrating and perving at a towel-clad Marge, Marge turns to look at herself in the mirror, causing her hair to clip behind part of the wall above the door from her and Homer's bedroom. (00:03:21)
Other mistake: While Homer and Moe are in the treehouse, Homer suggests to Moe that he propose to Maya. As their conversation continues, Homer's left hand doubles, so he has two left hands. Then, when Moe tells him he'll give it a shot, the fuzzy part of Homer's green slipper is missing.
Continuity mistake: When Homer is covered in gold and goes into Burns' office, Burns has 2 folders on his desk. One yellow and one white. However, the white folder becomes yellow in one shot. (00:04:50)

Revealing mistake: When Homer is on the news talk-show talking to the cat burglar, he puts his hand on his chest and the opening of his shirt appears over his hand.
Revealing mistake: When everyone is cheering for Ned at the neighborhood watch meeting, Apu's hand is yellow.

Continuity mistake: When Bob has finished singing the score of the H.M.S. Pinafore, an English flag comes down. But when he draws his sword to kill Bart, the flag is gone. Where could it have gone? (00:19:50)
