Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the episode where everyone is cleaning up, there is a shadow of the boom mic on the wall. (00:29:05)
Visible crew/equipment: When Buffy, Willow, Xander and Giles all agree that Morgan is their one suspect, a camera and a cameraman can be seen in the reflection of the glass in the door labeled "Librarian", right after Buffy says, "Uh, priority check, Giles." A boom mic is also reflected in the top right of the glass when Buffy finishes her line with "talent show murder!" The mic can be seen throughout the rest of the scene from two different camera angles.
Visible crew/equipment: When Topanga carries Cory into the room you can see a crew member's hand triggering the doors to open.
Visible crew/equipment: (Ep. 2) When The Doctor, Jo, and Dr. Tyler are taken into Omega's palace, in the first shot of the multiple passageways (right before Jo says that it looks like Aladdin's cave) the curved chalk actor's mark is visible on the floor, then we see it again in three following shots. Note that when they're all escorted further inside, just as Dr. Tyler comments about the matter/anti-matter not making sense, Jon Pertwee looks down, presumably to make sure he hits his mark.
Visible crew/equipment: After McCoy examines Charlie and they talk about how Charlie learned to talk by just listening to the ship's tapes, when Charlie stands up the two actors' marks can be seen on the floor - the short one for Charlie and the longer one for McCoy, where they both will stand momentarily. Visible crew/equipment: When Al gets up to answer the phone near the start of the episode, a microphone can be seen above his head which then moves out of shot. More easily noticed if the episode is watched on a widescreen TV. (00:03:55)

Visible crew/equipment: At the start, after Fred and Ethel walk in, when Lucy and Ethel walk away from the kitchen shutters carrying things, the stage microphone and stand can be seen at the right side of the screen.
