New today Revealing mistake: At the park when Al hits the rich man, he goes down like he was knocked out. Soon after, Seven punches the kid. In the background the rich man is actually sitting up on his side and he looks at Al and Seven, then as the camera pans towards him, he lies down on his side like he is passed out again.
Plot hole: When Dominique is on TV, she says she got the shoes from Al's store. Than the Amish guy comes out to confirm she broke her leg from the shoe he made. Al says yes. She got the shoes way before Al knew he had no more shoes and before they even hired the Amish guy. How can she break her leg from his shoe if he wasn't hired and making them yet?
Plot hole: Al hasn't got enough cash to pay for a pizza and Peggy overmaxes his credit cards. But somehow he manages to buy three flight tickets for Chicago-Las Vegas. Where'd the money come from? Also, when his card is declined, he calls the pizza shop back (they call him "no tip" Bundy), and somehow they know where Peggy maxed out the credit card.
Other mistake: Peg reads from a headline saying "[Marcy] announces NBC fall schedule, people still disappointed." But the text below it reads "State officials..." showing the text doesn't belong with that headline. Also when you see each headline the article is the same for each one.
Continuity mistake: In this episode, Al has taken on the persona of Axel Bundy, a rock star, so he can fly first class with older rock stars. But before they start a jam in the first class lounge pre-flight, one of them calls him AL when he's prodding Al to join the group when all they knew him by was the name Axel.
Continuity mistake: Before the dinner date, Peggy takes a plate of raw meat out of the dishwasher. Bud and Kelly go to help her put it on the stove, but Peggy's plate is now empty and the meat is on another plate already on the stove. Yet strangely, Bud and Kelly take the empty plate from her anyway and put it on the stove next to the other one.
Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning of the Last Will reading we see that there's no-one sitting left to the female notary. But in the close-ups there is a small round silver-shining object at the right edge of the picture - left from her. Must be some equipment.
