Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning of the Last Will reading we see that there's no-one sitting left to the female notary. But in the close-ups there is a small round silver-shining object at the right edge of the picture - left from her. Must be some equipment. (00:04:20)
Visible crew/equipment: When Peggy enters you can see the shadow of someone's head at the left edge (the kitchen). It can't be anyone of the actors. (00:12:05)
Continuity mistake: The out of order sign on the toilet changes position between shots. It's level at first. Camera cuts to other men. When it cuts back to Al it is tilted. (00:18:18)
Continuity mistake: Kelly knocks the lampshade off the lamp. Next shot shows it put back on although no-one is around it.

Continuity mistake: When Jefferson and Marcy are getting ready to take off during the supermarket race, Al sprays the floor with oil causing them to slip. Being that it is fresh oil, their clothes should have oil stains. But in the next scene, Jefferson and Marcy are perfectly clean.
Revealing mistake: When Al slams Kelly's date's head on the banister it moves back and forth indicating it's made of rubber.

Other mistake: Just before Charlie and his son leave Peg says "Charlie, my watch". Implying that he took it off her wrist. Yet during the whole scene she didn't have a watch on her wrist. It appears in his hand out of nowhere.

Revealing mistake: When Peg opens the last weenie tot box, notice that only a ticket falls out. Meaning all the boxes had no tots in them just tickets.
Kids! Wadaya Gonna Do? - S5-E19
Continuity mistake: Bud comes in the house after telling the old lady to get lost. The door doesn't shut completely. Kelly says open the door open the door. Bud goes to the door and it's shut even though it was open a crack from him not shutting it before.
Visible crew/equipment: Right after Jefferson walks out after saying what he was in jail for, when they are showing Bud and Al, you see a large head shadow go across Bud's leg from left to right.
Weenie Tot Lovers & Other Strangers - S5-E18
Continuity mistake: When Al asks for the checkbook to write a check for Bud, Bud puts his right hand on Al's left shoulder. Next shot, Bud's hand is coming off Al's right shoulder.
Other mistake: Bud calls a late night sex hot line which is a 1 900 number yet he only pushes 6 digits on the phone.
Answer: It's implied that Steve filed for divorce since in s04e16, "You Gotta Know When to Hold 'Em", Marcy says that Steve is suing for alimony. Alimony is something that has to be requested when filing for divorce. Although the show doesn't spend time on the actual legal proceedings of their divorce.
