Peggy Turns 300 - S4-E19

Plot hole: In this episode Al is about to break Puggy Weaver's record. Peg decides to bowl and scores a perfect score of 300. Problem is Peg is a horrible bowler, as seen in season 2 episode 9. She never bowls with Al or even enjoys bowling, so this episode really makes no sense.

Suggested correction: This is not a plot hole, but a plot point. Yes, Peg is a horrible bowler, but it's typical Al Bundy luck that his wife would be able to put together a perfect game no matter how unlikely.

So this one and only episode she scores a perfect game? Highly unlikely. Oh and she's wearing a long evening dress too which would make it difficult to bowl. So this episode makes no sense.

It makes perfect sense. In the world of the show, the universe is out to screw Al over. The worst that can possibly happen to him will happen no matter how unlikely.

It is a comedy, so having all those "strikes" against her, she still managed to bowl a perfect game - leaving Al hopeless and hapless.

Un-Alful Entry - S7-E20

Other mistake: The Bundys never lock their front door the entire series, but a burglar has to use a crow bar to open the sliding glass door out back.

Un-Alful Entry - S7-E20

Revealing mistake: The burglar uses a crow bar to open the sliding glass door. You can plainly see him "pretending" he had to use it when it just opens easily. He didn't really pry it open.

I Can't Believe It's Butter - S10-E13

Plot hole: Griff doesn't know Peg's mom is Butter. He comes to Al's wanting to meet her. Al gathers the family to talk about what to do. They say Griff can't know its Peg's mom, yet they talk out loud and Griff is standing right there while they are sitting at the kitchen table. It's not until the end of the episode he finds out.

Requiem for a Dead Briard - S10-E3

Continuity mistake: When Peg is comforting Kelly about Buck passing away, she is holding a bag that says "Petropolitan" on the front. The next shot when they go back to her, all a sudden the words are gone from the bag she is holding and Bud is holding a bag with those words.

Dud Bowl II - S10-E10

Revealing mistake: When they blow up the scoreboard at first in slow motion, the entire scoreboard is blown up and destroyed. The next shot only a small portion at the top and middle is destroyed, not the entire thing.

Cheese, Cues and Blood - S6-E4

Continuity mistake: When Kelly shakes her head no to the guy she is playing for $10,000, he misses the shot and the ball stops at the far end of the table. When Kelly goes to take the next shot for the win, she is hitting the cue ball from the other side.

Every Bundy Has a Birthday - S7-E3

Revealing mistake: At the park when Al hits the rich man, he goes down like he was knocked out. Soon after, Seven punches the kid. In the background the rich man is actually sitting up on his side and he looks at Al and Seven, then as the camera pans towards him, he lies down on his side like he is passed out again.

England Show (1) - S6-E24

Revealing mistake: While they are jousting, there is no one at all next to the stage in the wide shots. Every time they show the stage up close, there are 40-50 people. It changes back and forth the whole scene.

Peg: Hi honey. Did you miss me?
