Continuity mistake: When they first get to the island and they are playing cricket, Keety is telling them all the rules of the game and asks "who doesn't understand?" Richard and Etiene raise their hands - when the angle changes, Richard's other hand is raised.
Revealing mistake: Whilst in Q's workshop, Bond places his envelope on Q's X-Ray Document scanner. If you pay close attention to the screen (it's easy to notice anyway) his flight ticket has got VOID written on it 4 times... (00:51:54)
Continuity mistake: When Ethel, Lynne, Brenda and Bobby are sitting around the table outside the caravan, talking, the position of the juice pitcher, ketchup bottle and mustard bottle constantly changes. (00:27:30)
Continuity mistake: When the red Ford Bronco is driven off the ferry (ignoring all the impossible factors required for it to successfully do so), it flips through the air and contacts the water going backwards, its right/rear tail light entering the water first. The closer next shot shows the truck sink somewhat as it continues to flip backward, onto its roof. The very next shot shows the interior of the truck as it enters the water right-side up and going forward as water rushes in. Denzel lurches forward and down, driving his face into the water that is about waist level. The next exterior shot is underwater as the truck now lands in the water, nose first and right-side up. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Dakota is having sex with Aubrey's boyfriend, it specifically shows that her bra is off. Once they finish, and she is getting off of him, she is covering her chest with the sheet. When she does this, her side isn't covered and you can that she is now wearing a black bra.
Continuity mistake: Bruce Willis is emerging from an underground air-vent when the plane with General Esperanza is landing. Initially the plane is coming on a direct course for him and he struggles to get out. In fact the front wheel is on course with and knocks the vent cover. But in the very next scene, the tire marks clearly show the front wheel passed to the right of the vent and so completely missed it. (01:11:40)
Revealing mistake: When Newt is sliding across the grated floor, Bishop reaches out to save her and you can clearly see he's standing in a hole to make him look cut in half. (02:11:40)
Factual error: After crashing on the asteroid, A.J. walks outside surveying the wreckage while debris is strewn out burning on the ground. This is wrong, as oxygen is needed to make something burn, and there is no oxygen on the asteroid. (01:27:40)
Visible crew/equipment: During Bud and Coffey's fight in the lab, we see a lightbulb swinging from side to side between the two men. If you look closely, you can see a hand (belonging to a third person) pushing the lightbulb. The only people in the room are Bud and Coffey. (01:44:16)
Revealing mistake: During the scene in which Krendler shows the fake Lecter postcard, look closely and you can read the line: "Sounds like him to me" although this line is part of Krendler's speech, and not part of the message itself. Forgetting your lines, Mr. Liotta? (01:21:55)
Revealing mistake: When Jason climbs onto the rail of the fire escape, it is not attached to the wall - intentionally, it has not broken - but then in another shot, two seconds later, it 'breaks'. It pulls out of a visible hole in the wall, although it was never actually attached and there was no hole before. (00:23:25)
Continuity mistake: When the Angels are walking through the sprinklers after getting shot, you can see the bullet holes in each one of the Angels' shirts. When they get to the car, and it blows up, Cameron Diaz's bullet hole disappears. (01:20:00 - 01:21:30)
Visible crew/equipment: As Jackie Chan begins to fall from the ceiling onto the banner after the climax you can see about 4 (maybe 5) crew members on the balcony to the right of the screen getting the high angle shot. (01:28:35)
Revealing mistake: In the subway scene, when Neo gets slammed towards the wall (and crashes into it) it's visibly Keanu's stunt double.
Continuity mistake: When Tatum goes into the garage before she gets killed,she goes to get beer. She then walks over to the garage door opener with the beer in her right hand. Her left hand is reaching up to push the button, but as they show the close up, it is her right hand pushing the button. (01:05:35)
Visible crew/equipment: Just before Laurie stabs Michael with the knitting needle you can see that one of the window shutters is open and that the wind is ruffling the curtain. When the camera gets closer and the curtain is out of the way you can see the huge fan in the studio being used to simulate the wind outside. (01:19:50)
Revealing mistake: When Jimmy attempts to kill himself, the bullet hole on his back is far above where he shot himself in the chest. At least 4-6 inches higher, AND the gun was slanted downward.
Visible crew/equipment: After the policemen shoot Batman, he falls backwards and slides down the circular ledge. When it cuts to a close-up of him dropping on his back to the ground, the hand of the crewmember placing him down to the ground is visible. (01:15:25)
