Factual error: After crashing on the asteroid, A.J. walks outside surveying the wreckage while debris is strewn out burning on the ground. This is wrong, as oxygen is needed to make something burn, and there is no oxygen on the asteroid. (01:27:40)
Visible crew/equipment: As Jackie Chan begins to fall from the ceiling onto the banner after the climax you can see about 4 (maybe 5) crew members on the balcony to the right of the screen getting the high angle shot. (01:28:35)
Continuity mistake: When Capt. Picard, Data, and Anij are going to the holoship, they start off from the landing dock with (facing them) Data on the left, Capt. Picard on the right and Anij sitting. This is all well and good but after Data opens the door to the holoship, they magically switch places. (00:33:25)
Continuity mistake: As Godzilla is about to step on Animal, we see two cars are directly behind Animal (a yellow taxi and a gray car). Each shot of Animal from the front as the monster approaches (and he's trying to get the tape locked into the camera) shows portions of the cars. Continuity mistake: After nana picked up Will's kids and Will Smith is lying in the back of the car, look closely at nana's seatbelt. In the first shot it's on, in the next shot she doesn't wear it anymore and in next shot its on again.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the Monte Carlo is battling with the Camaro, they go off road into a field. During a certain shot, the Camaro has to jump a hill and it goes airborne. While it's airborne, you can see the entire front end is destroyed. However, after it lands, you can see the front end of the Camaro is in excellent condition and it remains intact for the remainder of the film. I would guess that they used at least two Camaros for the film. (00:26:10)
Visible crew/equipment: When Vincent and Sam are running through the ice rink's changing rooms to get the case off Gregor, the camera passes a mirror. If you pay attention, you can quite clearly see the boom operator wearing a blue and white checked shirt in it. (01:43:40)

Revealing mistake: When there is a car crash, and a motorcyclist flies over one of the cars, as he rolls towards the windshield we see the whole windshield intact. Then when the motorcyclist rolls and hits the windshield, large cracks are clearly visible, way before the man hits the glass. (01:00:30)
Continuity mistake: During a scene where the boss of the TV station is talking to his staff, when he finishes he takes off his glasses and starts to move off his chair. Yet in the next shot he gets off the chair still wearing his glasses. (00:07:30)
Continuity mistake: Velma adds books to the pile in front of her when she takes the telephone order. Looking down the pile, you don't see any trace of the random loose papers that appear when she hauls the whole lot to the desk with the TV on. (00:06:25)

Continuity mistake: When Julia is explaining the conspiracy to Rick in the stairwell, the position of Rick's hands in front of his face change between shots. (01:03:25)
Continuity mistake: When Casey and Delilah watch Nurse Harper get infected by Coach Willis from inside a closet, the closet's shutter windows switch from closed to open between shots.
Continuity mistake: Annie Girardot and Murray Head are playing with the cake dough and playfully hit and splatter each other. Between the various takes, Annie Girardot gets some cleaning done, because she had hair and coat all messy midway through, but is much cleaner when that part of the scene is a wrap and the story moves on; the hair (she had an egg cracked on her head) is fine and the coat that had streaks of cream on the lapel is almost spotless. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Murdock is in jail talking with Emma on the phones through the glass, he presses his fingers to hers, against the glass, & the glass shatters. Right when it is shattering & he pulls away, if you look very carefully you can see the reflection of his hand in an additional pane of glass that is still there! The next shot shows no glass as they kiss, but when the original glass breaks, there is still a pane of glass remaining, as evidenced by the reflection of his hand. (01:05:08)
