Revealing mistake: There's one bit where we see the shark slamming into a boat and gliding along the side with its mouth open. Not only does the shark's latex mouth bend beneath the snout, narrowing from pressure, but within the mouth you can clearly see yellow hydraulic tanks to open the mouth. (01:22:05)
Revealing mistake: When Bond is in the car following the goons heading into the facility, it shows the techie guy scan a card and then swipe it to open a door. Before he swipes it, the door is already opening. (01:13:15)
Visible crew/equipment: When Verbal drops the Zippo lighter in the police office, Chazz Palminteri leans down to pick it up. When he leans down out of frame, there are 2 "C-stands" visible in the background. These shiny, adjustable stands are general-purpose utility holders on a movie set, used to position lights and light control material for a setup (i.e. flags, scrims, diffusion, etc).
Continuity mistake: In Uruguay, when the woman puts Christian Szell's folded shirts in the drawer, the camera pans toward the photographs on the dresser. There's an unframed photo of his brother Klaus in the closeup, but it's a different photo in the next wide shot. (00:38:25)
Revealing mistake: After King Kong destroys the train track of the oncoming train, in the POV shot directly behind the train operator while he watches Kong rise from the broken track, the small model's support control bar is visible at the right as it moves up and down. The next shot is a close-up of the shocked motorman, and after he attempts to stop the train, there's another shot facing Kong with the control bar visible for a moment. (01:31:50)
Revealing mistake: In the shooting scene in the Mount Rushmore cafe, a boy in the background puts his fingers in his ears, because he knows the gun is about to be shot.
Continuity mistake: When we first see Hobbs he is marking a load of paperwork as captured. On the first sheet, he punches "captured" directly on the photo. In the next shot the word "captured" has changed its position on the photo. (00:09:35)
Continuity mistake: At the very beginning, when Danny is coming up on the elevator into the casino, when he is rising his jacket isn't buttoned, yet in the following shot the jacket is now buttoned half way down. (00:02:30)
Continuity mistake: In the scene in the apartment, where the Terminator cuts the flesh away from his damaged eye, he picks up a hobby knife that has a blade attached. In the next shot, as he lifts the knife up toward his eye, the blade has disappeared. Then in the front-on shot the blade is back again. (00:52:35)
Continuity mistake: When Vader's shuttle is approaching the Death Star, the crew in the control room of the Death Star are wearing black gloves. One of them then reaches forward to press a button, but in the close-up of his hand pressing the button, the hand is not wearing gloves at all. This can only be seen in the widescreen version. Revealing mistake: At the end when Brian jumps onto the semi truck to save Vince if you look closely at the back of Brian's pants you can clearly see the safety cable that holds him onto the semi truck. (01:26:17)
Continuity mistake: When the Terminator pulls John off the dirt bike during the drainage ditch chase, the dirt bike falls onto its left side and the gas tank is about to be crushed by the tow truck. The next shot from another angle shows the dirt bike laying on its right side, with the rear tire the first thing to be crushed under the truck. (00:37:30)

Visible crew/equipment: In Mary Ann's kitchen, just as Ray comments, "Ok, well you hungry? I'll get you some food," the clear reflection of a male crew member moving is visible in the glass window behind Ray. Then, just as he says, "This is ketchup and mustard," another male crew member, who is crouching, is visible directly in front of Rachel's reflection. (00:35:45)
Visible crew/equipment: Watch the scene where Frank gets killed. In the last shot of this scene, we see a soldier standing over the dead body. Keep an eye on the right side of the screen as the camera slowly moves away and you should see one of the cameras and a cameraman on the ground next to a large metal object. (01:06:25)
Continuity mistake: The Bank truck full stops away from a zebra crossing, but the close shot shows it on top of it.
Factual error: In a shot in Harlem, a Ford Econoline AVIS rental truck drives on the adjacent street. The specific Econoline van was at least a mid-90's to 2000+ model van and the movie takes place in the 70s.
