Continuity mistake: When everyone is in the Library, you can see the matches in a cup on the left of the fireplace. When Professor Plum says, "Wait a minute, suppose that one of us is the murderer," you can also see that the matches are in a "V" shape. When Wadsworth walks towards them to pull the matches out, most of them are all leaning to the left side of the cup. As the movie goes on, when the cop gets locked up in the Library for the second time, the same amount of matches are in the holding cup as if Wadsworth did not pull them out and they are in a straight line. Continuity mistake: When Sister Irene's habit is ripped at the back, you can see a bra strap on her left shoulder which disappears when she is seen at the front and when the camera is closer to her back (when she has the pentagram carved into her).
Continuity mistake: When chasing Jamie in the woods, Mikey's headlights go from normal chevy headlights to off-road high beams.
Continuity mistake: Steve McQueen passes the same green Volkswagen at least three times while chasing the black Dodge Charger R/T. This is due to the same downhill portion being shown to us from multiple angles to artificially extend the length of the scene.
Continuity mistake: Near the beginning, when Banner arrives at the lab with his helmet on, he removes the helmet when he sees Betty. A close-up of his face is shown and his hair is messy with part of his fringe on his forehead. Betty is shown quickly, then the same shot of Banner is shown again, but this time his hair is perfect.
Continuity mistake: When Teddy's kids are lying dead on the grass, the position of the girl's arms keeps changing between shots.
Continuity mistake: At the end of "Casino Royale," Bond is wearing a three-piece suit. Although "Quantum of Solace" begins just minutes later, Bond is wearing a completely different two-piece suit.
Continuity mistake: In the original 1980 version, in the first wideshot of Darth Vader's Star Destroyer, the light of a Star Destroyer can be seen on the right side just flying through space. This is fixed in the 2004 DVD release.
Continuity mistake: During one of the scenes when Brad Pitt arrives home, he is driving a Lincoln Town Car, not his Cadillac. This is the car that he doesn't get until later, when he steals it and drives home during the scene when they crash the cars into each other at the end of the driveway.
Suggested correction: Didn't he steal the Lincoln after the restaurant?
He did. But, the car appears before he steals it when he drives home after going to her office.
Continuity mistake: Notice Marty's hair in the scene when he's playing "Johnny B. Goode." It's quite larger than when he says, some seconds later, "I guess that you're not ready for it yet." That's because when he says that, it's a recycled shot from the original BTTF, whereas most shots showing he's playing the guitar are newly made for BTTF2. However, Marty's hair is considerably longer in the new shots. (01:27:19)
Continuity mistake: When Ace is trying to work out what Einhorn and Finkle have to do with each other, his dog sits on a photo of Finkle and its hair does not cover the face, the shot moves to Ace and then back to the dog and now its hair is covering the face of the photo without even moving. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Jonathan picks up the scarab, it breaks open and the beetle inside starts to crawl under his skin. We see Brendan Fraser tear Jonathan's shirt and cut the beetle out of him. However, in the very next scene, we see Jonathan walking into the temple, his shirt is intact and there is no blood to be seen. (01:37:05 - 01:38:30)
Continuity mistake: When Ghostface is trying to kill Tatum in the garage, she tries to go through the doggie door. From the outside shot, she is out of the door from her arms and up. From the inside shot, she is out of the door from her hips and up. (01:04:20)
Continuity mistake: Watch the newspapers on the front of the bus when Mos Def is getting off. At one point there is a big hole and you can see out, but in the very next shot a newspaper is covering it again.
Continuity mistake: In the third segment of the movie we see Davis, Yolei, Cody and their Digimon playing on the beach. In the wide shot when we see all of them playing we see that Davi's Digimon is in his "rookie" form, Veemon. When they show a closeup of him and Davis together, Veemon is now in his "in training" form DemiVeemon. Then they show them all playing again and he is now Veemon again.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Sophie finds the cross key behind the painting, her hand is holding the painting while the key falls, but in the next shot, her hand isn't touching the painting at all.
Continuity mistake: When Cage's character offers the money for his brother and the brother is in the car about to get crushed, the back window gets broken out twice. (00:15:55)
Continuity mistake: During the police chase, the hub caps on Saul's police car keep appearing and disappearing throughout the whole chase.
Continuity mistake: When Jennifer Tilly is in bed wearing some kind of skimpy pink thing, only one strap is always on her shoulder, but between shots it changes from left, to the right, back to the left, repeatedly. Every two or three shots.
Continuity mistake: When Chris Rock and Anthony Hopkins are being chased through the woods, they crash into a tree near the end of the chase. When it shows the front of the Mercedes Benz crashing, the licence plate is torn from the car. Then in the next shot, the plate is simply dented, but still attached to the car.
