Continuity mistake: When Frost has the head pure-blood vampire on the beach, after he pulls out his first vampire tooth you see blood all over his mouth, but when it shows the close up of him pulling out the other tooth, there is no blood. (01:04:22)
Continuity mistake: Mr. Furlong pushes Zeke into the fishing tank and it breaks, soaking him from head to toe with water. Moments later they are walking out and he is dry.
Continuity mistake: When Mulder and Scully start frantically running from the bees inside the dome Scully is clearly seen untying her belt twice. (01:01:55)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the film before Nicolas Cage jumps in the ocean, the sky is overcast. Once he is in the ocean, the sky is clear blue.
Continuity mistake: When Jamie Lee Curtis is teaching a class, just prior to the class trip, a shot over her shoulder shows on the blackboard 'W.B. Yates'. It should be spelled 'Yeats'. In a shot a few seconds later the spelling has been corrected.
Continuity mistake: Toward the end when Crews runs in with Red he first knocks his right headlight out, later it is back in, then it's out again. (01:21:40)
Continuity mistake: At the end, the paramedics are taking Samuel L. Jackson into an ambulance. His head is toward the front of the ambulance but in the next shot, Jackson's head is at the back of the ambulance. (02:08:25)
Continuity mistake: When the young Chinese girl is kidnapped, while in the car, her tie is on. When she tries to fight the guy her tie is off in one shot, then back on again a few seconds later. There is also no blood after the first shot, but when the shooter opens the back door, there is blood on Soo Yung's face, but mid fight, the blood is missing, and again blood is present when she runs out. Continuity mistake: After Sharpe and Stamper have the argument on the asteroid, Truman says they need the radio back up. When he says this, you see the countdown clock for the asteroid which is at five hours and 12 minutes. A bit later in the film, after the nuke was shut down by a technician at NASA, one of the Air Force Sergeants takes the terminal. In the background, you can see the clock again but the time on it is at six hours and 49 minutes. (01:37:00 - 01:42:50)
Continuity mistake: When Chucky kills the coroner there is a generous amount of blood splashing on the gravestone. But in the next shot we can see that he is standing next to the gravestone. Chucky shot the coroner in the back of the head since he was looking in the other direction and is falling on his face, so there should be no blood on the gravestone.
Continuity mistake: During the chase scene, there is a Citroen XM series II (the citroen sign in the middle, on the front) and then there's a Citroen XM series I (the citroen sign on the driver's side, on the front). It changes back and forth a couple of times. There's also a difference at the bottom of the car; the series I carries the name Citroen XM on the left side, while the series II bears a Citroen sign on the left side and the XM sign on the right.
Continuity mistake: When they are driving away in the white car they go on their side and drive around and then get flipped back up and there is no damage to the car whatsoever.
Continuity mistake: When Suzie pours champagne on Kelly's chest,from shot to shot she sometimes has champagne on her chest and sometimes doesn't.
Continuity mistake: When the Mayor of New York is talking to the crowds and people can feel the ground bouncing, Godzilla is a fair bit away, but when she is stomping through the streets the people don't feel it at all - shouldn't they be thrown into the air from that proximity? (00:26:25)
Continuity mistake: During the bedroom scene, Annett Benning is stroking her lover's chin. Depending on the camera angle (pointing at her or pointing at him) her hands switch from left to right and back to the left. (00:43:25)
Continuity mistake: When Bruce is covering the boy while trains are passing either side of them, at first he has his right hand on top of the boy's head. Then in the next shot he has his hand to the side of his head in a different position. The film cuts back and forth between these shots.
Continuity mistake: During a scene where the boss of the TV station is talking to his staff, when he finishes he takes off his glasses and starts to move off his chair. Yet in the next shot he gets off the chair still wearing his glasses. (00:07:30)
Continuity mistake: During the car chase involving the car driven by the Chinese guy, Murtaugh, and the mobile home, the two cars slide against each other and the right wing mirror on Murtaugh's car is completely wrecked. Once the two cars are separated the wing mirror has miraculously repaired itself. The left wing mirror also does a disappearing / reappearing trick.
Continuity mistake: When Emma is protecting John at the top of the stairs and he says, "I didn't kill anyone," her hand is at her side. In the next shot, her arm is raised in front of him. One shot later, it's back at her side. (00:23:40)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Michael (Jeremy Piven) kills his brother Adam in the parking lot, you can see that when he pulls out of the parking space, he turns his vehicle around. The camera cuts from an outside view (where Adam's minivan is) to inside Mike's car. If you watch, Mike turns his steering wheel to the left but his car turns to the right when the camera switches back.
