They actually drive up to the entrance of King's College London on Chancery Lane. Even if they couldn't get permission to film at the real Tower, why pick such a well known building as a replacement?

Continuity mistake: When Bill Murray has stolen the Groundhog and is driving away with it in the red truck, the police car and the TV van chase it. There is a shot of the red truck going under a low bridge, and then a long shot of all 3 vehicles. There is no way the TV van could have gotten under that bridge with all the stuff on its roof, and yet in the very next shot it is seen continuing the chase.

Continuity mistake: The piles of sweets and candy that Bart and Lisa have at the start vanish in the wide shots when Homer arrives.

Audio problem: There is a scene just after Earl and the new guy arrive at their base, when a truck (driven by one of the Mexicans I think) pulls up from the left hand side of the shot. If you listen you can only hear the truck's engine from when it comes into shot. This suggests that it was waiting just off shot and then drove in, rather than coming from any distance as you would have heard it approach.

Audio problem: In the scene where the Grabboid is pulling the truck with the chain attached and the guy is trying to shoot it, the gun noises do not match up with the muzzle flashes at all. At one point it is obvious he fires 2 shots, and yet 4 "bangs" can be heard.

Continuity mistake: When Monica and Phoebe are looking at the dollhouse, Monica says "I don't want a ghost for the house." When she says this, the camera is behind Phoebe whose right hand is up in the air. The shot then changes to Phoebe from the front, and her hand has instantly gone to her lap. (00:04:40)

Continuity mistake: There are various disparities between Szpilman's hair from shot to shot. This is most noticeable when he is told to leave the first apartment; he has a centre parting which changes to being combed back when he starts to smoke the cigarette. There are also continuity problems with his beard and stubble length in some scenes.

Revealing mistake: In the scene where a child is seen stealing a ring from a dead soldier's finger, the soldier's arm is visibly moving and twitching.
