Friends (1994)

Revealing mistake: There are several instances where you can see that the bandages used to wrap up the girls are pre-assembled. When the first girl is "waxed" you can see there are no joins between the bandages, they are all in one piece - almost like a body stocking. You can also see this later with Elizabeth, and it becomes more significant because you see the bandages being wrapped around her head as normal, and then when Watson pulls them off, they come away in one piece like a balaclava, which of course shouldn't happen.

Revealing mistake: When Mrs. Dribb is wrapping Elizabeth up in bandages, you can just see the outline of the bald cap she is wearing. There is a straight line just above her eyes that goes nearly right across her forehead.

Flood - S1-E6

Revealing mistake: When Jerzei is coming through the door with an axe, you can see the door is paper thin to make it easier to get through. In fact you can see Alexei Sayle being very careful to only chip small bits away because a decent whack with the axe would smash the whole thing down.

The One After Ross Says Rachel - S5-E1

Revealing mistake: When Chandler and Monica (and later Joey) are talking on the plane on the way back from London, the little display screen (showing a map of the Atlantic and coastlines) in front of Monica's seat shows the little grey plane indicating their position and direction. The plane is facing east, as though they are travelling towards London, but they are supposed to be flying back to New York. (00:14:45)

$pringfield (or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Legalized Gambling) - S5-E10

Revealing mistake: At the dinner table Homer says something like "as you know it's always been my lifelong ambition to be a blackjack dealer." During this line, for some reason they appear to have used a clip from an older episode (Season 3 / Episode 3 - When Flanders Failed) and dubbed the line over. For one thing, the animation is of a much lower standard than the rest of the episode. And perhaps even more telling, when he says it, he is holding a fork with some food on it, but from the earlier shots we know there is no food in front of him.

Face/Off (1997)

Revealing mistake: When Cage is shooting Travolta with the Uzi type weapon in the room with mirrors, the gun has no muzzle flash in several shots.

Jaws 3-D (1983)

Revealing mistake: The shark attacks a little wooden platform in the water which 3 men then fall through. You can see this is made from a lightweight wood such as balsa so that it will break apart easily, and it's not the sort of wood such a thing should be made of.

Jaws 3-D (1983)

Revealing mistake: When the baby shark smashes into the gate, not only is it a dummy by the way it looks, but the head actually compresses back into the body on impact.

The Innkeepers - S2-E23

Revealing mistake: I think there might be something wrong with the eels in this episode. They don't move in the tank, despite being alive and don't move when taken out either. Moreover, you cannot actually see any in the tank with one exception. Rubber replacements not up to standard obviously.

Aliens (1986)

Revealing mistake: Briefly after landing on the planet, we see the APC trundle across the ground. The way it moves shows it is a model, every little bump makes it jump up and down. This is a shame, considering that when it is inside the facility and in subsequent shots, it looks very good.

ER (1994)

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban mistake picture

Revealing mistake: Right at the start when Harry is on his bed and making a light under his sheet, you can see that he is actually on something like a light panel in order for this effect to happen. For one thing, when he moves around on it, it doesn't bend like a mattress does. Also, about halfway down the bed you can just see where the sheet ends and this panel begins. (00:00:50)

Revealing mistake: In the punch scene "replay", Harry is noticeably stockier, and I would suggest shorter, and he walks in a very unusual way - very different from Harry. Obviously a double.

Three Amigos (1986)

Revealing mistake: During their first confrontation with El Guapo, the Amigos start riding around and firing their guns in the air. Look at the difference in speed between the wider shots (with stunt doubles) and the closer ones, which show the actors themselves. Not only are they suddenly moving much slower in these closer shots, but it so very obvious that they are on mechanical horses by the movement.
