Fawlty Towers (1975)

The Builders - S1-E2

Revealing mistake: In the scene where Polly brings Mr O'Reilly a cup of tea, it is obvious on several occasions that there is nothing at all in the cup. Not only does he hold it in such a way that you can see inside, but when Basil snatches it away nothing spills out.

Revealing mistake: Towards the end of the film Medea gets shot by an arrow. If you look closely you can see that no arrow is visible in the air, and that it would have to pass through Jason to actually hit her where it does, as he is in the way.

Revealing mistake: When Ted jumps over the wall of the Mental Home and lands on the grass, it moves under him and it's even a distinctly different colour from the rest of the grass, indicating it's a crash mat.
