Frasier Grinch - S3-E9

New this week Factual error: At the cafe, the employee says that Niles' credit card was declined at the register because "cancelled by order of co-signatory." A co-signatory shouldn't be able to cancel the card without the other person.

New this week Suggested correction: It depends on state laws and the credit card company. A co-signor is just as liable for any accumulated debts and fees on the card, they just don't have purchasing rights. However, usually a co-signor can't just take his or her name off the account, the account has to be closed.

Where There's Smoke There's Fired - S3-E21

Continuity mistake: Bebe has just inhaled smoke from her purse and Frasier grabs it and puts it on his bookcase. In the shot before, there had been billows of smoke around them, but suddenly the air is clear and there is no smoke.

A Word to the Wiseguy - S3-E15

Audio problem: Around the time when Niles is talking about "wealthy white women," there is a shot when his mouth is moving but there is no sound coming out. It then suddenly changes to a shot when you can hear what he is saying. (00:02:15)

Sleeping with the Enemy - S3-E6

Martin Does It His Way - S3-E3

Continuity mistake: When Martin is sorting through the box of lyrics, the newspaper on his side table keeps switching position between shots - sometimes it is leaning on top of the remote control, others it is laying flat on the table next to the remote.

Frasier Loves Roz - S3-E22

Deliberate mistake: About halfway through the show, Roz and Daphne are in the kitchen talking. Daphne pours water into the teapot - but there is no steam coming from the kettle, nor any sound of a boiling/just boiled kettle. No self-respecting Brit would make tea with water that wasn't boiling.

You Can Never Go Home Again - S3-E24

Continuity mistake: The flashback is set in 1993, but all the characters look the way they did three years later. Most noticeably, Frasier's hair is short and not long and wavy like in the first season. Daphne's appearance has changed quite a bit too.

The Friend - S3-E11

Continuity mistake: Frasier's new friend Bob pulls away from the table in Cafe Nervosa - his plaid hat is still on the chair next to him. In the next shot the hat is suddenly in Bob's lap, even though he couldn't possibly have put it there in that time.

She's the Boss - S3-E1

Continuity mistake: During the show, Daphne and Martin are having breakfast while talking to Frasier. Daphne removes her blue napkin from her lap at one point, and puts it on the table; a short time later we see her remove it from her lap again.

The Last Time I Saw Maris - S3-E8

Continuity mistake: When Niles is drunk in Frasier's appartment, he puts a six-pack of beer cans on the table by Martin's chair. The pack has changed position on the table later on when Frasier is talking about empowerment, without anyone touching it. (00:09:15 - 00:10:35)

Where There's Smoke There's Fired - S3-E21

Continuity mistake: When Frasier, Bebe, and the rest of the gang are having dinner at Frasier's he folds up his table napkin and says "he's on his third pacemaker", and we see him fold up his napkin again.

A Word to the Wiseguy - S3-E15

Continuity mistake: While Niles is talking to Martin about Maris's traffic tickets, the coffee pot goes from one side of the Lazy Susan to the other, with no one touching it.

Police Story - S3-E20

Continuity mistake: Early in the show, Frasier is at home - the rest of the gang have surprised him with a birthday cake. In one shot the candles are burning on the cake, in the next Frasier is cutting the cake and the candles have disappeared, with no time allowed to remove them.

Leapin' Lizards - S3-E4

Audio problem: Near the start of the show, Frasier is in the booth at KACL, and has told Roz off and is glaring at her through the glass. As the shot shows her face, however, we can see the reflection of Frasier in the glass - he is smiling and his lips are moving as though he is talking. However, there is no audio to match his speech.

She's the Boss - S3-E1

Continuity mistake: Roz is talking to Frasier, Gil, and Bulldog at KACL and has her hands in front of her, with her mug in her left hand. In the next shot, as she says "everyone at her last station was scared to death of her", her mug is in her hand tucked up under her arm - with no time for her to change positions naturally.

She's the Boss - S3-E1

Continuity mistake: Kate is arranging things in her office and has placed a black and white box on her desk. As she is telling Frasier how she wants him to spice up his show, the box changes position by about 45 degrees although no one touches it.

Frasier Loves Roz - S3-E22

Continuity mistake: Niles is filming is father in his recliner, trying to record his life story for posterity. Marty fakes a heart attack or death - and lies back in his chair with his left arm by his side. In the next shot his arm is crooked up around his head, but with no time for him to have moved it.

The Last Time I Saw Maris - S3-E8

Continuity mistake: Frasier and Niles are in the living room talking about Maris. Frasier says, "I was on the mark", and Niles' beer stitches from his right hand to his left from one shot to the next.

Leapin' Lizards - S3-E4

Continuity mistake: Martin and Daphne are laughing at Eddie who has taken a pill to calm him down - in one shot he has a paw up in the air, but in the next shot both paws are pointing sideways. The shot changes again, and Eddie is back in the first position. He had to time to change naturally.

She's the Boss - S3-E1

Continuity mistake: Frasier has left his mug on the table to goes to console Father Mike who has just come out of Kate's office. The next couple of shots of the table show the mug in different positions.
