Wayne's World 2 (1993)
Visible crew/equipment: When Wayne is doing the "detective" work and he falls from the pole there is a shot of Garth and the biker running towards him and in the reflection of the glass you can easily see a crew member holding a camera. (00:48:50)
31st Jul 2007
Fun with Dick and Jane (2005)
Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the film when Jack walks out of his house while putting his sunglasses on you can very briefly see the crew and equipment reflected in them.
29th Jul 2007
The Abyss (1989)
Visible crew/equipment: During the scene where Bud and Lindsey are arguing about who will wear the scuba equipment back to the rig from their downed mini sub, a hand with a cloth wipes water off the camera. It's during the line when the camera is facing Bud and he says "Don't argue with me goddammit, just put it on." This is visible in the 4:3 version for TV, as well as the widescreen version on DVD.

Carnosaur 3: Primal Species (1996)
Revealing mistake: In Carnosaur 2, there is a scene where a raptor grabs a girl out of an elevator and kills her in a room. The room is in a building that is a government base in the middle of the desert. In Carnosaur 3, there is a room in a civilian meat packing warehouse in the city where the military unit is trying to catch the dinos. The nitpick is that the room are very obviously the exact same set used to be 2 different locations but are exactly the same within a series of same movies. You can tell the room is the same by the items in it, I'm not just talking the floor plan, or similar windows. There are barrels, pallets, crates, etc that are the same colors, the rooms are the same colors, the junk piles match-everything is exact. The director must have liked that room set and decided to use it again as a supposed different place. Too bad they didn't at least move some things around a bit.

Carnosaur 3: Primal Species (1996)
Continuity mistake: The terrorist blow up many Jeeps when they ambush the military in the opening scenes. The problem is, they blow up more Jeeps than are in the convoy. When the terrorists steal the truck that was being escorted by the military convoy, we can see there were 3 Jeeps. But during the ambush scene, there are a lot more than that blown up by terrorists using weapons.
24th Jul 2007
Action Jackson (1988)
Audio problem: In one scene where Jackson is caught by some bad guys you can see (and hear) that a couple of times when Jackson laughs it is badly dubbed over.
24th Jul 2007
Action Jackson (1988)
Continuity mistake: When the bloke in the building is searching for an exit to escape from the bad guys his collar is clean but when the camera changes angle it is now stained with blood.
24th Jul 2007
Action Jackson (1988)
Continuity mistake: When the man in the office is stabbed in the hand with a knife he has just a small cut on his hand but in the next shot the cut has got much bigger.
24th Jul 2007
About Schmidt (2002)
Audio problem: When Schmidt's wife is chopping food on a cutting board, the sound of the chopping doesn't match the action.
24th Jul 2007
About Schmidt (2002)
Continuity mistake: In the wedding scene, Randall's boutonniere starts out as a closed off-white rosebud with arranged foliage. By the time he is reading his "and I mean every DAY" prose to Jeannie, the rose has changed color to peach, has opened, and the foliage is arranged completely differently.
21st Jul 2007
Action Jackson (1988)
Continuity mistake: On a desk you can see a can of drink, a white cup and a picture frame but after the 'invisible men' break into the building these items have now vanished from the desk and are nowhere to be seen.
20th Jul 2007
Carnosaur 3: Primal Species (1996)
Other mistake: When the military convoy is attacked by the terrorists, the terrorists use weapons to blow up the Jeeps. Notice that the first Jeep blown up is parked next to the white guard rail and a sign post that show 36 on it. The same footage from a different angle is used for an another explosion.

3 Ninjas: High Noon At Mega Mountain (1998)
Audio problem: Right after Rocky jumps over the fence and kicks the ninja that is holding tum tum he says "give me five". But his lips don't move at all.
11th Jul 2007
3 Ninjas: High Noon At Mega Mountain (1998)
Revealing mistake: When the main villain (I can't remember her name) is about to press the buzzer in the theme park to get into the security section, or whatever it is, the buzzer starts buzzing at least a second before she presses it.
11th Jul 2007
3 Ninjas Kick Back (1994)
Continuity mistake: When Meo and 16 are competing with weapons, 16 has a staff but when he bows to grand master he has 2 swords in his hand.
11th Jul 2007
3 Ninjas Kick Back (1994)
Plot hole: When the 3 ninjas' Grandpa is in hospital, he phones them and complains that no-one at the hospital speaks English. Not only is this a strange complaint to make about a hospital in Japan, but later in the film he is seen speaking in Japanese. He should therefore be able to easily communicate with people at the hospital.
11th Jul 2007
3 Ninjas Kick Back (1994)
Visible crew/equipment: Rocky is chatting up Mijo and the other two boys, Colt and Tum Tum, burst through the paper screen. In the next shot, very bright studio lights are reflected in both lenses of Rocky's spectacles.
10th Jul 2007
3 Ninjas: High Noon At Mega Mountain (1998)
Revealing mistake: In all the scenes where Tum Tum kicks the ninjas, you can tell it is a fake leg in the closeups.
4th Jul 2007
Commando (1985)
Revealing mistake: In the beginning of the movie when Matrix goes to get his rifle from the shed, he uses a combination on the keypad to unlock the door but the door was already half opened. (00:12:25)

The Matrix (1999)
Continuity mistake: In the scene right after Neo steals a man's cellular phone, we see him running down an alley with the back of his shirt untucked from his pants. After cutting back from the agent who's chasing him, we see that Neo's shirt has miraculously tucked itself back into his pants.
29th May 2007
The Matrix (1999)
Continuity mistake: When Neo and Morpheus are going to see the Oracle, they approach the elevator. Neo is standing on the right and Morpheus is standing on the left. Yet when they enter the elevator, Morpheus and Neo both come from the right.
29th May 2007
Aliens (1986)
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene at the colony when a large vehicle approaches the camera, the reflection of someone's face can be seen showing the true scale of the miniature.
29th May 2007
Armageddon (1998)
Factual error: In the scene on the asteroid, Steve Buscemi's character flicks away a fly, and you can see it buzzing around.
29th May 2007
Armageddon (1998)
Continuity mistake: When the astronaut Sharp comes to his senses and decides to disarm the bomb while it is counting down, the digital readout is just all wrong. Bruce Willis is talking to him and the time reads 40 seconds left. After a good 20 seconds of talking, he starts working on the bomb with a screwdriver and the time reads 35 seconds. Next time we see it, it reads 30 seconds, then when the cover that holds the timer is removed it looks like it reads 45 seconds.
29th May 2007
Armageddon (1998)
Continuity mistake: When the drillers are getting checked out at NASA to see of they are o.k. to go into space, the fat white guy is wearing a robe that is covered with blue dots. The next time we see him, he is in a plain white robe.
29th May 2007
Armageddon (1998)
Other mistake: When the first shuttle has crashed, you can see that one of the characters (I think it was Liv Tyler's fiancé) has torn gloves. That would decompress his spacesuit and he'd suffocate.
29th May 2007
Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981)
Other mistake: When Jeff and Sandra sneak off to look at Camp Blood, they come across a dead animal. While they're bent down looking at it and have their backs to the camera, the cop for some reason sneaks up behind them and puts his hand on Jeff's back. The camera angle changes and you see the police car parked just off to the left with its red light flashing. There's no way that Jeff and Sandra would not have seen and heard the police car when they came up on the dead animal - it's almost right in front of them.
29th May 2007
Armageddon (1998)
Factual error: Okay, we know the astronauts can walk around on the asteroid because they have those thrusters. So how is it, then, that the pilot can walk around the shuttle without anything to keep her on the ground? She should be bouncing around like the moon walkers.

John Tucker Must Die (2006)
Continuity mistake: The school's bear mascot in the beginning (when Ashanti's character is being introduced, and she's cheering) is first shown with pom-poms, yelling, "Heather's hot." The next shot 1 seconds later, the mascot is breakdancing and has nothing in his paws/hands.

Grindhouse (2007)
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie "Death Proof", you will see Stuntman Mike's car roll over by the white Dodge Challenger, driven by the 3 girls. In the scene where both cars are showing their front/back, you can see that the black one has its wheels (at least on the left side). But in the next close-up scene, where Mike screams for help in the car and the 3 girls come to pull him out from the wreckage, the rear left wheel is missing, you can only see its brake plate/rear axle. Where did the wheel go?
8th May 2007
Scream (1996)
Factual error: Gale Weathers points the gun at Billy and tries to shoot him, but the trigger doesn't pull back. This is explained by Billy when he says that the safety was on. Fine. But that gun is a Beretta 92F, and on a Beretta 92F when the safety is on, the trigger WILL pull back, but no round will fire. (01:37:20)

Audio problem: When Steve is on the porch and gagged, the killer instructs Casey to turn off the lights. Steve shakes his head and lets out some muffled 'No's. When the lights go out he says one last 'No' but you can still tell he isn't saying it. Even though his mouth is gagged, he makes no body movements to correlate with his shouts like he did before, especially not his jaw. Despite it being dark you can still tell. (00:06:10)

Aidyn Chronicles: The First Mage
Bug: On the road between Talewok or Gwernia and Erromon, there is an enemy rat that can cause the game to crash. When you come to the area with three signposts near a big lake, you're close to where he is. If you found this area earlier, it's the same spot where that hilarious cinema scene with the guy in the forest who was afraid of monsters occurred. Follow that path around the bend, through some pine trees, and you should come across a Giant Rat at the top of a hill. Try to avoid this enemy! Whenever I engage him, he causes the game to crash. I'm not kidding! The screen goes blank, and some text shows up and it actually says something like, "System Crash", and then some other text that makes no sense to me. My suggestion is to save near the signposts, then try to sneak past that enemy. If you engage him and nothing happens, don't worry about it. But if your system crashes, there IS another way to get to Erromon. You'll have to look for an opening in the wall along the road (you'll pass through some pine trees.) You should pass a treasure chest along the way. You'll emerge out onto a high plateau with another treasure chest. There's like a round, stony area in the middle of the plateau. You'll have to run down off of it and find the road. Continue taking the road West to Erromon.

Bug: At the beginning of Blobolonia, the blob's planet, run all the way to the left until you can't go any farther. Toss a jellybean at the left side of the screen. When Nickelodeon switched to its "squeezed" credits format, a second version was created with the credits removed from that scene, and a new set of credits (over the "normal" credits background) added to the end. (This was later done with "Principal Simmons" as well.)

Plot hole: When Eugene dropped the tests, just about all of them fell out of their folders, but apparently only Harold and Helga's were switched.

Question: Presumably, the Genesis Planet was formed out of the dust and gas of the Mutara Nebula. But where did its sun come from?
Chosen answer: According to the novelisation of the film the Genesis project was initially designed to be capable of creating an entire solar system. While the focus of the project eventually narrowed down to altering an individual planet, the sub-routines necessary to create a star were still in place and were activated when the device detonated within the nebula.

Hey Arnold! (1996)
Tutoring Torvald / Gerald Comes Over - S1-E13
Continuity mistake: Arnold switches from his left hand to his right hand when taking the test.
Suggested correction: I don't believe it is ever established whether Arnold is left or right-handed in the series. Without confirmation; he may very well be part of the ambidextrous population that uses both. I used to write with both hands myself in school.
Except the mistake is saying he switches hands in between shots during the test. Not that one episode he's left handed and the next he's right handed. Yes, the teacher was shown for about 1-2 seconds before the switch happened. But these mistakes should be considered valid as an actual mistake in animation rather than to suggest to the audience that for no reason whatsoever, Arnold switches hands to finish the test, and only does so when not seen.
I'm ambidextrous myself, and I often switched hands when taking tests. It was very useful for preventing hand cramps. It only takes a couple of seconds to switch the pencil to the other hand, so I don't see why Arnold can't do it within that span of time too.
I do believe he is ambidextrous. In "The longest Monday" he is using chop sticks with his right hand. Many other episodes he uses his left hand to write.

Hey Arnold! (1996)
Arnold Saves Sid / Hookey - S2-E7
Revealing mistake: Arnold and Gerald's lockers don't have padlocks, like most of the others do.
Suggested correction: Like you state, most of the other lockers have padlocks, which means that some don't. You can even see some lockers without padlocks in the beginning. This is not a reason as to why Arnold and Gerald's lockers having no padlocks is a mistake. It more has to do with the fact that their lockers in particular should have padlocks, because they usually have them in other appearances. Edit: While I do agree with what I said, I now think that changing the mistake's wording would have been a better option than adding a correction, as Arnold and Gerald's lockers not having padlocks is still a mistake on its own.

Back to the Future (1985)
Question: There's an all black band playing at an all white school in the 50's - is that likely?
Chosen answer: Why not? Even though segregation was in effect, we never see them do anything but play on the stage. They even take their break outside, away from all the white folks at the dance. They are never shown using any of the "white" facilities, or fraternizing with any of the students. In fact, when they are "on break" at their car, it is behind the building, where there are no other cars, or even any people, anywhere around at all.
