Continuity mistake: The terrorist blow up many Jeeps when they ambush the military in the opening scenes. The problem is, they blow up more Jeeps than are in the convoy. When the terrorists steal the truck that was being escorted by the military convoy, we can see there were 3 Jeeps. But during the ambush scene, there are a lot more than that blown up by terrorists using weapons.

Continuity mistake: When the bloke in the building is searching for an exit to escape from the bad guys his collar is clean but when the camera changes angle it is now stained with blood.

Continuity mistake: When the man in the office is stabbed in the hand with a knife he has just a small cut on his hand but in the next shot the cut has got much bigger.

Continuity mistake: In the wedding scene, Randall's boutonniere starts out as a closed off-white rosebud with arranged foliage. By the time he is reading his "and I mean every DAY" prose to Jeannie, the rose has changed color to peach, has opened, and the foliage is arranged completely differently.

Continuity mistake: On a desk you can see a can of drink, a white cup and a picture frame but after the 'invisible men' break into the building these items have now vanished from the desk and are nowhere to be seen.

Continuity mistake: When Meo and 16 are competing with weapons, 16 has a staff but when he bows to grand master he has 2 swords in his hand.

Continuity mistake: In the scene right after Neo steals a man's cellular phone, we see him running down an alley with the back of his shirt untucked from his pants. After cutting back from the agent who's chasing him, we see that Neo's shirt has miraculously tucked itself back into his pants.

Continuity mistake: When Neo and Morpheus are going to see the Oracle, they approach the elevator. Neo is standing on the right and Morpheus is standing on the left. Yet when they enter the elevator, Morpheus and Neo both come from the right.

Continuity mistake: When the astronaut Sharp comes to his senses and decides to disarm the bomb while it is counting down, the digital readout is just all wrong. Bruce Willis is talking to him and the time reads 40 seconds left. After a good 20 seconds of talking, he starts working on the bomb with a screwdriver and the time reads 35 seconds. Next time we see it, it reads 30 seconds, then when the cover that holds the timer is removed it looks like it reads 45 seconds.

Continuity mistake: When the drillers are getting checked out at NASA to see of they are o.k. to go into space, the fat white guy is wearing a robe that is covered with blue dots. The next time we see him, he is in a plain white robe.

Continuity mistake: The school's bear mascot in the beginning (when Ashanti's character is being introduced, and she's cheering) is first shown with pom-poms, yelling, "Heather's hot." The next shot 1 seconds later, the mascot is breakdancing and has nothing in his paws/hands.

Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie "Death Proof", you will see Stuntman Mike's car roll over by the white Dodge Challenger, driven by the 3 girls. In the scene where both cars are showing their front/back, you can see that the black one has its wheels (at least on the left side). But in the next close-up scene, where Mike screams for help in the car and the 3 girls come to pull him out from the wreckage, the rear left wheel is missing, you can only see its brake plate/rear axle. Where did the wheel go?

Continuity mistake: When Stu puts the voice box and phone in Sidney's dad's jacket pocket and lets him fall, when he hits the ground the voice box partly falls out, but then when they show the dad again the voice box is tucked back in.

Continuity mistake: When Drew Barrymore is running to the kitchen after the patio windows break she grabs a knife. When they show her going through the doors from the inside to go outside her knife's curving blade is pointing toward the celling but when the show her leaving the house through the doors from the outside the knife curve blade is pointing down. Continuity mistake: Episode 3-1: When Jin gets out of the car and goes into the hotel, there is a sign that says it's the second floor. However when it cuts to him hitting the man in the face, it's now the 15th floor.
