Speed (1994)

Continuity mistake: When Dennis Hopper's shooting the shotgun through the lift roof, the number of holes doesn't match the number of blasts. He shoots once and a hole appears. We then see a close up of him and he shoots twice more, but when we cut to the ceiling after the third shot overall, there are only two holes in it. Doesn't seem likely he'd miss the roof at a range of 2 feet. (00:18:55)

Visible crew/equipment: Aside from the mysterious other trooper(s) reflected in the tarpaulin on the roof near the start, as Keanu Reeves runs past it, you can see the clear silhouette and red light of a cameraman filming the scene. (00:11:30)

Licence to Kill (1989)

Trivia: Not really a mistake, because it's said by a desperate man, but it amused me. Bond's got the DEA traitor hanging over a shark, and the only way the traitor can escape is with Bond's help. He says to Bond "there's 2 million dollars in that suitcase - I'll split it with you". How stupid does he think Bond is? James can either rescue this bloke he obviously wants to kill and get $1 million, or he can let him die and keep all $2 million for himself. Let me think...

Licence to Kill (1989)

Continuity mistake: Slightly weird one, this. Just after Bond says "compliments of Sharky", Krest takes his gun out and fires at him. For some weird reason there's a jump cut a fraction of a second before he shoots - he pulls out the gun, aims, then jumps slightly to the right and fires. (00:41:10)

Armageddon (1998)

Armageddon mistake picture

Continuity mistake: Just after Harry says "prepare the world for bad news," air raid sirens start. There's a panning down shot of some air raid speakers next to a Coca-Cola ad, with a truck parked in front of it. The angle then changes to a shot down the street (same street, same speakers, same Coca-Cola ad), except the truck isn't in front of the ad any more. (01:56:10)

The One In Barbados, part 1 - S9-E23

Trivia: When Joey and Rachel are looking for nametags to con their way into the convention, the name picked out for Rachel is Kate Miller. I just found it a bit odd that not a flicker of recognition passes across Joey's face, considering that was the name of Dina Meyer's character from a few seasons back who he was in love with.

Contact (1997)

Continuity mistake: When they realize the signal's counting prime numbers, watch the man in the red shirt behind Ellie when 11's being counted off. He's counting on his fingers, fills up his right hand, and moves to his left. The angle then changes to a closer shot, and his left hand is now curled up, with no numbers counted off on it at all, and he continues on his right.

Deliberate mistake: When Ed's looking at the drawings done by the sketch artist near the start, he's flipping over a book of them. Trouble is that they all end up facing the camera, meaning that Ed must have been looking at the blank side - we see the blank pages briefly as he flips them. (00:14:30)

Robocop (1987)

Continuity mistake: When the executive is shot by Ed 209 near the beginning, we see bullet holes in his back, so they're obviously going through, but there's no damage to the windows behind him. (00:11:30)

Continuity mistake: In the apartment crime scene, Sean Young says "we'll let you know if we find a tic", and the large grey-haired cop on her left chuckles, arms by his side. We then cut to a close-up of him with his hands on his hips, pushing his jacket to the sides, then back to the original shot with his hands by his sides again. The close-up itself is a bit weird - Sean Young should be right in front of him, but isn't visible. They must have used a later shot, because after about a minute, when everyone's moved around a lot, we see him back in exactly that position, only now the people visible fit the scenario better. The Scorpion King (2002)

Revealing mistake: When Cassandra first swishes her way out of the water, a circular plaster is visible on her left breast, making sure she does not expose her nipple. (00:31:45)

Revealing mistake: When Batman dives off the building with his bat-glider, there are two wires visible coming off his shoulders, most easily visible before he reaches the horizontal. (01:16:45)

Charlie's Angels (2000)

Plot hole: When the Angels rescue Knox, why is the light swinging above his head? He's tied to a chair, the Creepy Thin Man's obviously not been through, because there's no exit aside from the bolted way in, so what's moved it? (00:26:20)

Charlie's Angels (2000)

Revealing mistake: When the Creepy Thin Man's shooting at the Angels, Lucy Liu ducks behind a wall, and we see a bullet impact just above her head out of shot. When Thin Man runs out of bullets, Lucy peeks round the corner, and poking down from the top of the screen is what looks suspiciously like a wire from the explosive used to generate the bullet hit. Charlie's Angels (2000)

Charlie's Angels mistake picture

Continuity mistake: In the scene on the plane at the beginning, just before the bomber speaks, a stewardess passes in front of the camera. It's obviously to cover a cut - after she's passed, the amount of sun visible on the seats changes, the two women behind are closer to the camera, and the nun's looking the other way. (00:02:15)

Trivia: The police car they use is marked as "K-9 - canine patrol". John Belushi's brother James was in a movie called K-9. He was meant to appear in this, but couldn't due to other commitments.
