Continuity mistake: When Joe Pantoliano is circling "tactical narcotics team" after the car chase, check out the circle. When he draws it, both ends meet nicely. Next time we see it there's a curve at the end of one line, and the next time they meet again. (00:38:30)

Continuity mistake: When they're looking at the computer model of Renard's head (just after the doctor says "medulla oblongata"), count the pings. The first two times we hear one, a slight pause, then 3 close together, with corresponding green pointers on the image, then a higher pitched one on the green box. However, the third time (after "than any normal man") there's no initial ping with pause, just the 3 close together. Then just as we're expecting the higher one we cut to a shot of M, and we hear another middle beep before the final one. The sequence starts again, we cut back to the model in the middle of it, and we get an extra beep again, plus see that the beeps are now completely out of sync with bits of the model being illuminated. Revealing mistake: When the bad guys are shooting at Ace, he catches a bullet in his teeth. However, he goes from his lips being tightly shut to suddenly having the bullet in his teeth, obviously hiding the bullet in his mouth. (00:52:00)

Trivia: The sunglasses Bond takes off the guy at the start are in fact Pierce Brosnan's own sunglasses - at the time of filming he'd had them for 3 years and fancied wearing them during the scene.
Trivia: After filming, Johnny Depp had a permanent tattoo of a sparrow done on his arm "for my boy". It's the same as the one seen in this film, except the sparrow was flying away from him, so he turned it around so it was coming back.

Trivia: The car Darryl Hannah drives is the same type as Burt Reynolds' Trans-Am from the Smokey and the Bandit films. In fact, she's fairly sure it's the actual one. At one point while shooting she was driving along with QT in the passenger seat when he excitedly yelled "pull off here.", pointing down a dirt track. She fishtailed the car down the road, going at a fair old speed, when she suddenly noticed she was heading straight for a hole. Quentin yelled "jump it. It's just a movie, nothing can happen." Choosing common sense she squealed to a halt just before the hole. QT's comment? "Burt Reynolds would have jumped it".

Continuity mistake: When Sean Connery drops his lighter while trying to burn the ropes, the lid is flipped to the right. When he blows on it the lid then changes position slightly relative to the pattern on the rug, then when the rug catches fire the lid's suddenly flipped completely to the left. (00:56:40)

Trivia: The joke in this episode, broadcast in 2002, about Richard having a tape of him having sex with Monica, Chandler watching the tape, and then Monica coming in and being furious that he hadn't noticed it wasn't her, plus getting annoyed about being taped over by Richard, is IDENTICAL to one in an episode of Coupling (UK version), broadcast in 2000.

Continuity mistake: When Reese Witherspoon is eating chocolates after being dumped, look closely at the box. When she finds one that she likes, there are two white ones one row in from the back. Two seconds later, just before she throws the box at the screen, there's only one white one, and it's moved forwards a row. (00:11:00)

Continuity mistake: Near the beginning when Bond causes mayhem, he sticks a grenade onto a moving vehicle and dives off it. As he jumps off and attacks a bad guy his collar is up (to better hide the face of the stuntman), then when it cuts back to a proper shot of him his collar's suddenly down. (00:04:50)

Continuity mistake: When Bill is cutting the crusts off a sandwich towards the end, he cuts two off, goes to remove the third, then the angle changes and he's now cutting it in half. After that we hear him sweep the crusts off the board and see him hand the sandwich to BB, then a shot or two later crusts are back on the board and he cleans them off again to make another sandwich. Continuity mistake: When The Bride is in the coffin, various aspects of it keep changing. When the lid's being nailed on, one shot shows the wood a bit warped to the left of her head (where a nail's too close to the surface) but in other shots it's fine. The grain also changes in places, most noticeably when she's punching her way out - in different shots there's a knot to the left on the blood stain, above it, or right under it.

Trivia: As the gang shuffle towards the pub, in one or two brief shots of the zombie mob, one of the zombies is dressed exactly like the character Tyres (a bike messenger) from "Spaced", and in fact is played by the same actor, Michael Smiley.Keep an eye out for some bright blue and yellow clothing.

Trivia: When Simon Pegg says "he's not my boyfriend." in the pub, then promptly calls Nick Frost "babe", that's a gag which also featured in their TV show "Spaced".

Trivia: When the gang come across another group made up of identical characters, that may be all the entertainment many people get out of the meeting. However, they're all stars of fantastic UK comedy shows, many with links to stars of this film - The leader is Jessica Stevenson, star of Spaced, which also starred Simon Pegg and Nick Frost from this, and was directed by Edgar Wright, who also directed this. Behind her are Martin Freeman from The Office, which also starred Lucy Davis (Dianne in this), Reece Shearsmith from The League of Gentlemen, Tamsin Greig from Black Books, which stars Dylan Moran (David in this), Julia Deakin, also from "Spaced", and Matt Lucas from Little Britain. Not that that's all they've done, but to list all their mighty comedic achievements would take far too long - check them all out on the IMDb. Comic geniuses (genii?) the lot of them.

Continuity mistake: When Monica comes round to Phoebe's, Phoebe reminds her that she's got to clear out stuff. In this wide shot Monica has both hands by her sides, but when it cuts to her finishing saying "oh right", her right hand is now gripping her bag's strap. (00:05:00)
