Continuity mistake: The second time Hugh Grant writes on the board (not "protagonist" - can't remember the word!) the writing changes between shots - most noticeably a C in the middle, which sometimes has a small loop at the top, sometimes not.

The Rewrite (2014)
Continuity mistake: When Hugh Grant writes "Protagonist" on the board, the writing changes depending on the shot, most noticeably the G - sometimes it looks a bit like a backwards question mark, other times it's so slanted it looks more like an S.

Single Point of Failure - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: Walter accesses code on the sick girl's laptop to trace the source of the virus - aside from the fact that the code comes straight up a fraction of a second after his hands even touch the keyboard, the code displayed in the black window is for a set of traffic lights, with lines like "Walk/Dont_Walk" and "Green_Arrow/Yellow_Slow." General questions
I saw a trailer a few years ago for a movie that looked interesting but I've forgotten the title. All I remember is that it was vaguely steampunky and/or futuristic and a sniper seemed to play an important part (who maybe wore a mask/goggles?). Fairly sure it was live action - sorry it's so vague, but maybe it'll ring a bell for someone.

Coulson: I'm going to invent new ways to ruin the rest of your life. And we'll do whatever's necessary to get HYDRA intel from you, but your torture... Is going be internal.
May: And a little bit external.
Coulson: Sure, some of that.

The Wolf of Wall Street (2013)
Trivia: The humming chant Matthew McConaughey does and Leonardo DiCaprio adopts is actually something McConaughey does before scenes to relax himself and clear his head. He did it before shooting the scene with DiCaprio in the restaurant, and after a few takes DiCaprio suggested that it was put in the scene, so it stayed.

Continuity mistake: When Josh has got out and they go looking for him, they find Aiden on a small bridge. From a distance he's got a very dark sweat stain on his shirt. In a closer shot it's faded to nearly nothing, and gets lighter/darker in different shots throughout the scene.
