Corrected entry: In the scene where Bella confronts the pack at the reservation, Bella hit Paul in the face and nothing happened to her, she didn't even complain, but when she punched Jacob in Eclipse she got injured and screamed of pain.

nikibon

Correction: Not because Jacob's a werewolf. She hurt herself because she punched him. She simply slapped Paul.

Shutter Island (2010)

Corrected entry: In the flashback of Teddy where he is staring at the dying German officer who tried to commit suicide, the camera shows (from the gun's perspective) as the officer reaches for the gun. On his hand he wears a wedding band, but in Germany the wedding band is worn on the right hand.

Correction: Who said it was a wedding band? It could have been just a ring he wore.

Ghost Rider (2007)

Corrected entry: After Johnny (in Ghost Rider form) breaks out of prison and causes havoc, the police are all after him. It would make sense that this would be a big case and he would be one of the most wanted. However, later he goes back to his home to find his girl, there are no police anywhere. The first place the police would search for him would be his home.

T.Rex.Sheffield.Can+Ash

Correction: The police didn't actually see him transform into Ghost Rider, so they would have no idea that Johnny is the same creature they faced. They would assume he simply escaped his cell the previous night when the flaming skeleton tore up the police station. They aren't there at his apartment waiting to arrest him again because, as you say, Ghost Rider's rampage is a pretty big deal and the authorities are tied up with that.

Phixius

When Johnny goes to see Caretaker, he says that everybody knows who he is. When Caretaker asked who, Johnny's response was, "Everybody. Don't you watch television?" This would imply that even the police know.

Corrected entry: When Alice has fallen through the rabbit hole she bursts through the ground and lands on the ceiling. Then she drops back to the ground and the hole she came through is completely gone.

Sweem

Correction: That's Underland. Animals talk, fly, dematerialize. Food and drink makes you grow and shrink. I should think a self repairing hole in the floor in a room that exists as a barrier between dimensions wouldn't seem so out of the ordinary. It's not a movie mistake.

Angel (1999)

Epiphany - S2-E16

Corrected entry: Near the end of this episode, Kate says that she 'has faith' in 'something' because she never invited Angel in to her apartment, yet he came in & revived her after her 'pill-a-thon'. Why did no one state the obvious explanation that she had died for a second, in which case Angel would be able to enter the apartment without an intervention from any 'power'?

cheryldymond

Correction: That'd be like telling a child who believes their dog has run away that it was in fact hit by a car and suffered for hours before finally dying. She's expressing very strong positive emotions, they're not going to crush those.

Cube Zero (2004)

Corrected entry: When the blond woman gets slammed into the wall by the black man, watch the wall when she hits it. It vibrates badly showing that it was an actual set wall instead of the thick steel of the cube.

Correction: At no point is the structure of the cube stated to be "thick" or "steel" or even any other type of metal for that matter. Metal sheets can still wobble at any rate.

Phixius

Corrected entry: During the outdoor interrogation scene where Wicki is translating, you can see a bright yellow maple leaf on the left side of his chest. This may be a reference/homage to the bright yellow stars that Jewish had to wear on the left breast of their clothes during the Nazi regime in some countries in Europe where they had control.

Correction: It may also just be a random leaf in the shot. Without a source verifying this, it's not really trivia.

Cube (1997)

Corrected entry: Leaven holds her glasses in her hands whenever she is moving from room to room. But when they are holding the shirts they made into a rope, she has a glasses holder around her neck to hold them. If she had it, then why didn't she use it before?

Teenracer22

Correction: Because it's quicker to take them into your hand and put them back on your face without also fumbling with a holder.

Cube (1997)

Corrected entry: After you enter a new room, the chamber doors automatically spin their handles and close shut. There is a scene near the end where the cop closes a chamber door himself while another character is talking. The director admits in the commentary that this is because that particular shot was done earlier in the filming before he decided they would close automatically.

Correction: Simply because they close automatically does not mean they can't be closed manually first. It is strange that he would do so, but it's not a movie mistake.

Phixius

Corrected entry: Since the food falls directly out of the machine, and not from clouds in the sky, the food should only be falling in one general area at any given time, which makes the worldwide food storm in the end an impossibility. That being said, the purple food-shaped clouds throughout the film are unexplainable and pointless.

Sammi

Correction: It's a fictional device which operates as depicted. It is depicted causing food to rain down all over town, and eventually all over the world, so that's what it does. There is no mistake here simply because the details go unexplained.

Equilibrium (2002)

Corrected entry: When Preston is beating up the soldiers with his studded pistol butts, he smashes the visors off a few of the helmets and you can see the soldiers are wearing protective goggles underneath.

Correction: Is this totally out of place with the rest of the protective gear they're wearing up to and including full body armor? Hardly.

Equilibrium (2002)

Corrected entry: An interesting DVD peculiarity. Switch on the Subtitle feature and then watch the credit roll -- even the background music and the choral singing during the final credits are subtitled. The subtitle "Slow instrumental music plays" is followed by "Indistinct singing". (01:40:15)

Phil C.

Correction: This is not unique by any means. It's not really trivia at all.

Battlefield Earth (2000)

Corrected entry: The Psychlos have been ruling Earth for centuries, yet they still don't know what humans eat?

Correction: They don't care. Being technologically advanced does not necessarily imply actual intelligence. You might say their race is on the downward curve in their intellectual evolution. Look at the human race: All of the technology we've got and many of us couldn't figure out how to keep ourselves alive without it for more than a week.

Phixius

This is still confusing enough, thus making it a mistake. Even if they didn't care they would have learned it unintentionally.

Correction: Most Psychlos don't care at all what humans WANT to eat. They care about what humans NEED to eat, i.e. humans doing hard labor needs X many calories to survive and must have at least Y protein, Z fat, etc... Terl is trying to essentially bribe Johnny with something even lower animals can appreciate: a favorite treat.

Bedazzled (2000)

Corrected entry: When Elliot becomes the super-intelligent author and arrives at the party, everyone there knows him, and knows everything about him, his life, his work, and his personality. Now, he doesn't know he is gay - that's the whole premise of the scene - but surely everyone else does? He is living with his gay lover! How could his friends and sycophants not know that? Why, then, does the hostess - a women who knows him very well - insist on pushing a woman onto him?

Correction: We don't know anything at all about his relationship to the hostess. She could have been trying to "turn him straight" for years. Or maybe she just likes to mess with him.

Phixius

Corrected entry: When Gonzo Rizzo are on deck, Gonzo is eating an apple and Rizzo is talking about a funny feeling he had. Gonzo takes a few bites from apple and you can see the string attached to his hand.

Correction: You can see that the muppets are made out of cloth too, but neither of these things is a movie mistake.

Phixius

Corrected entry: When it shows the wolves walking up behind Emmett and Alice outside Bella's house, relieving them of their guard duty so they can hunt, the vampires eyes are golden. Their eyes should be black since they're hungry.

Correction: Their eyes only turn black when they've been deprived of blood for an extended period or when they are suddenly hit by an intense thirst. They're hunting fairly regularly at this point to stay as strong as possible in preparation for an assault. Therefore their eyes never do go black.

Vacancy (2007)

Corrected entry: The apple, that had been left in the car, was discovered in the bathroom giving rise to the question of a hidden access - yet the trapdoor was discovered under a neatly replaced rug.

fade2gray

Correction: Holding the rug just right as you close the door would, with practice, allow one to cause it to land neatly covering the door.

Ghost Rider (2007)

Corrected entry: Near the end of the movie, Cage's skull turns into blue flame to signify it going out, but blue flames are hotter.

popple44090

Correction: Stifle a candle or match, and the last remaining flames are blue. It's lack of fuel, not low temperature that causes the flame to go out. In the case of the candle or match that fuel is Oxygen. In Ghost Rider's case that fuel is darkness and being in the presence of evil.

Harry Brown (2009)

Corrected entry: How could Harry have possibly known where the pedophile heroin dealer would park his car when he later finds him and shoots him? Harry was in his unit when the guy drove off, and Harry doesn't even own a car so there isn't any way he could have known (or even gotten there).

Gavin Jackson

Correction: Harry didn't just up and decide over night to go after every gang member in town. He's been watching these people; studying them to find out where they go, when they go there, and what they do once they get there. So that explains how he knew where to find the pedophile heroin dealer. He got there by walking, obviously, so they weren't very far away. They had just concluded what they were doing in the car too. This indicates that they'd been there for a good while and it took Harry that whole time to get to them.

Casino Royale (2006)

Corrected entry: When Vesper and Bond are in the Venice hotel room near the end of the film, we see Vesper get out of bed and see her get dressed - there is no bra visible as she does up her dress. Cut to a few minutes later after Bond has pulled her from the sinking building, and her wet dress reveals the outlines of a bra under the same dress we seen her put on earlier.

Ryanbrynna

Correction: It's not a bra, it's just some support "built-in" to the dress. Many womens' garments have these.
