When we see Jax watching Eric on the security feed after he enters the Cube and tells Rains and Haskell about the letter coordinates, you can see Eric look straight into the camera and smirk. Eric doesn't know that Jax is watching him and the cameras are hidden, so he couldn't possibly have known that Jax was watching him anyway. [Yes, the cameras are hidden, but he knows exactly where they are. He doesn't need to see it to be able to know where it is. And he could rightfully assume that Dodd (or someone else) is watching him, what else would he be doing?]

When the blond woman gets slammed into the wall by the black man, watch the wall when she hits it. It vibrates badly showing that it was an actual set wall instead of the thick steel of the cube. [At no point is the structure of the cube stated to be "thick" or "steel" or even any other type of metal for that matter. Metal sheets can still wobble at any rate.]
