Then during the same shot, when he says "Yugi, it worked," he curls the two fingers he is wearing his rings on even further, obscuring them from view. Continuity mistake: When the Pharaoh sees Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, he walks over to a small wall to look at it. When this happens, Mana is kneeling on the ground, several meters behind him. When the shot cuts, she is standing directly behind him. (00:16:08)

Continuity mistake: When the main characters see the horse riders riding towards them, there is a shot where Joey says, "First, the lord of darkness, now these guys," where Tea can be seen in the foreground of the shot. Tea has her back facing the horse riders and turns her head around to face them. When the shot cuts, she is facing them directly. (00:04:05)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi summons Dark Magician (who is actually Mahad), Mahad is holding Dark Magician's staff. His hand is halfway along the staff after appearing. The shot then cuts to the Pharaoh, but when the shot cuts back, his hand is further up the staff. (00:04:35)

Audio problem: When the main characters are sliding down the wall of the cliff after they get out of the tomb, they are heard nervously mumbling, but their mouths don't move. (00:12:40)

Continuity mistake: While standing on the bridge, the main characters begin running out of the tomb after they hear it begin to collapse. Joey, Tea and Tristan are positioned towards the middle of the bridge when they start running. When it cuts to a wide shot, they are positioned nearer to the left-hand side of the bridge. (00:12:22)

Continuity mistake: When the main characters are approached by the men on horses, Joey puts his right hand on his chest. When the shot cuts, his right arm is lowered. (00:12:44)

Continuity mistake: After Kaiba summons Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Zorc tells him his Egyptian counterpart tried that same move and failed. While he is saying this, Kaiba's left forearm is raised. When the shot cuts to focus on Kaiba, his left forearm is lowered. (00:07:48)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi has all three of his monsters attack Bakura, Joey and Tea can be seen in the background. Tea's left arm is lowered and her right forearm is raised. When the shot cuts, her left forearm is raised and her right arm is lowered. (00:03:35)

Continuity mistake: When the Pharaoh tells Slifer the Sky Dragon to attack Zorc, he extends his right arm forwards and extends his left arm backwards. But in the next shot, his arms are lowered. (00:09:50)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi says, "It looks like my trip's been postponed," he extends his right arm so that it is positioned behind him. When the shot cuts, his right arm is extended but is now positioned to his side. (00:16:41)

Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode, Yugi's Marshmallon Glasses card is positioned directly in front of him. When it cuts to a closer shot of him, the card has moved further to the right. (00:01:57)
Continuity mistake: When Humanoid Giant starts attacking Duos, in the shot focusing on Duos, Seto can be seen in the background of the shot with his right upper arm extended and his right forearm pointed downwards. When the shot cuts, his right upper arm is at his side and his right forearm is extended. (00:06:28)
Continuity mistake: Seto carries Kisara over to the White Dragon tablet. When he does this, the dragon's right foot on the left-hand side of the tablet is a small distance from the edge of the tablet. A few seconds later, when Seto places her on the ground and the Pharaoh can be seen in the foreground of the shot, the dragon's right foot is slightly further away from the edge of the tablet.
