Continuity mistake: After Solomon has finished his story, there is a collection of books on the desk next to him. On the right-hand side, there is a blue book. Continuity mistake: When Bakura activates his Spirit Shield to deflect Kaiba's attack, he rotates his duel disk so that he can explain to him that all he had to activate the effect was to extract one monster from his graveyard. When he rotates the duel disk, no cards can be seen in the spell/trap card slots on the duel disk. But in a close-up of the duel disk, two cards can be seen in the third and fourth slots that would have been visible in the previous shot. (00:13:12)
Continuity mistake: Bakura activates Pot of Greed, which allows him to draw two cards from his deck. In the close-up shot of his deck, where he draws the two cards, the life point count can be seen displayed on the duel disk. When the shot cuts, the life point count is no longer visible. (00:13:43)

Continuity mistake: When Bakura runs into the alleyway at the start of the episode, there is a doorway to a building shown to the left of the shot. The doorway has a step that extends onto the outside of the building. But a few seconds later, when Bakura continues running after falling over, the step no longer extends onto the outside of the building and can only be seen inside the doorway. (00:00:04)

Continuity mistake: Rebecca explains that when Zigfried overrode the card's data, he must have protected his Golden Castle card from monster card effects. At this moment, Tristan is standing with his body rotated 90 degrees to the left and has his head turned to face Zigfried. When the shot cuts, Tristan is facing Zigfried directly. (00:10:34)

Continuity mistake: In the previous episode, when the Queen's Knight monster was on the field, she was holding her shield in her left hand and holding her sword in her right hand. During the montage, there is a shot of a family in the living room. A boy can be seen sitting on the floor with duel cards, and the cards that are face-up are missing the illustrations. (00:16:55)

Continuity mistake: Leon uses his Cinderella monster's effect, which allows him to transfer Cinderella's glass slippers onto Dark Magician Girl's feet, causing her to lose 1000 attack points. Later, after Zigfried admits that the Golden Castle of Stromberg card is illegal, there is a wide shot of him saying, "The most powerful card never released is already on the field," and in the shot, Dark Magician Girl is wearing her blue boots and not the glass slippers. Continuity mistake: When Zigfried tells Kaiba not to blame him because his cheap computer network decided to malfunction, there is a shot focusing on Kaiba where Zigfried tells him KaibaCorp's heyday is over. In the shot, the KC logo on Kaiba's jacket is notably thinner compared to every other time it is shown. (00:15:04)

Continuity mistake: Yugi draws the trap card Mirror Force from his deck with his right hand. After the close-up shot of the trap card in his right hand, he then summons Queen's Knight to the field. But the Queen's Knight card is in his right hand, despite Mirror Force being in his right hand in the previous shot. (00:04:52)

Revealing mistake: Just after Leon summons his Iron Knight, there is a shot of him saying, "I win." In the shot, there are cards visible in his hand. Then, midway through the shot, the cards abruptly disappear from his hand when he moves it. Then, the cards reappear in his hand at the end of the shot. (00:20:28)
