Continuity mistake: When Tristan punches Bakura, the edge of the cliff is shown to his right. Bakura then turns around to face him, and the edge of the cliff is now directly behind Tristan. Then it's to his right again when Joey attempts to intervene. (00:13:03)

Continuity mistake: When Pharoah is hanging over the edge of the cliff, Bakura stomps over the area that Pharoah is holding onto, causing a piece of ground to break off and Pharoah falls into the chasm. A few seconds later, when the others run up to the edge of the cliff, the piece of ground that broke off can no longer be seen and the edge of the cliff is intact. (00:12:45)

Continuity mistake: Aknadin is looking at a tablet of the Millennium Puzzle on a wall, where there are tablets for the three Egyptian gods around it. The tablet to the left of the Millennium Puzzle tablet and the tablet to its right are an inch apart from one another. Then the shot cuts, and the tablets are further apart by a few more inches. Continuity mistake: When Pharoah has the Winged Dragon of Ra attack Diabound, in a shot from behind Diabound, its right hand is closed into a fist. In the next shot, just before Diabound is hit, its right hand is opened out. (00:09:27)
Continuity mistake: When Seto jumps in to defend the girl, she has webs tied around her abdomen that the insect-like creature has fired at her. There is a shot after Seto jumps in where the webs can no longer be seen around her abdomen. Then, a few seconds after that, he tears the webs off her. (00:03:22)
Audio problem: When the main characters follow Bobasa to the edge of the cliff, they all say "Huh?" once they see what he sees, but their mouths don't move. (00:10:02)
Continuity mistake: When the prisoner who used the insect monster is revealed to still be alive, he is held up with webbing that came from the insect. There are five webs around his abdomen that all join together at the centre of his chest. Later in the scene, when the prisoner prepares for his monster to attack Seto, there are four webs around his abdomen and the webbing is much thicker. (00:04:34 - 00:05:38)
Continuity mistake: When Bakura inserts the Millennium Puzzle into the Millennium Stone, there is a lanyard that is tied around it. Later in the scene, when Bakura stomps on the Millennium Puzzle, the lanyard tied around it is smaller. (00:07:28 - 00:08:52)

Continuity mistake: When Aknamkanon is welcoming Seto, in the wide shot, Aknadin is standing a fair distance from the throne. When the shot cuts, he is standing much closer to the throne. (00:14:32)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi sees Slifer the Sky Dragon, he points to it by raising his right hand and then raising his index finger in its direction. His other fingers are closed in when he does this, but when the shot cuts to reveal the dragon, his thumb is suddenly pointed to the left. (00:02:40)

Continuity mistake: When Seto calls on Duos to track down Bakura, he raises his left arm and extends it forwards. The fingers on his left hand are aligned when he does this, but when the shot cuts, his middle finger and ring finger are raised at a higher angle than his index finger and little finger. (00:02:45)

Continuity mistake: When the Pharaoh and Mana notice the carving of the Illusion Magician glowing, Pharaoh's left arm is positioned in front of his cape. When the shot cuts, his left arm is positioned beside the cape. (00:08:35)

Continuity mistake: A man is put on his knees by Egyptian guards, and two of them place their spears on the ground at tilted angles, making an "X" shape. The spears are a small distance from the man on the ground, but when the shot cuts, the spears are closer to him. (00:08:05)
Village of Lost Souls - S5-E22
Continuity mistake: When Bakura has his foot on Aknadin's chest, in the shot of Aknadin saying "Then, it's true," his foot is positioned at a rotated angle. When the shot cuts, it has rotated to be at a straight angle. (00:02:20)
Continuity mistake: When Mana attempts to undo the freeze spell, she raises her hand to be level with her chest, but when the shot cuts, her hand is raised to her head with her finger now pressed against her cheek. (00:12:25)
Continuity mistake: Mahad has his men roll a tablet on a wheel device. The two pieces of rope that the men are pulling on are straight but become tilted slightly to the right when it cuts to a wide shot. (00:16:22)
Makings of a Magician - S5-E20
Continuity mistake: When Bakura has his Poison Snake attack Illusion Magician, the staff that the Illusion Magician is holding is held at a horizontal angle, but when the shot cuts, it is tilted upwards. (00:04:21)
Continuity mistake: Tea says the time on her watch has stopped, and Joey walks up to her and says that she is right. Yugi is aligned with Joey and Tea when this happens, but when it cuts to a wide shot, Yugi is suddenly further ahead. (00:08:50)
Continuity mistake: Joey and Tristan attempt to climb back through a door that they opened. In the shot of Tea saying "Let's ask questions later," Joey's palms are not touching the floor, but in a close-up of his hands, they are touching the floor. (00:09:27)
