Continuity mistake: Just after Kaiba activates the Shrink card, causing the Valkyrie Brunhilde monster's attack points to get halved, Zigfried points out that she'll hit Kaiba. When Kaiba realises this, his right hand and forearm are pointed forward. In the next shot from behind Kaiba, his right hand and forearm are pointed to the right. Then in the following shot after that, his right upper arm is raised and his right forearm is pointed downwards. (00:10:20)

Continuity mistake: When young Zigfried is studying in the flashback, there is a photo frame on the desk in front of him. The photo frame has a turn button that is tilted at an angle to the left. Then there is a close-up of the front side of the photo, but when the shot cuts back to Zigfried, the turn button is now at a fully vertical angle, without being tilted. (00:11:08)
One Step Ahead: Part Two - S5-E11
Continuity mistake: When the elevator door opens, Zigfried is revealed to be inside with three men in suits. All three of the men accompanying him are taller than him. But in the next shot, while he is walking through the office, one of the men is suddenly slightly shorter than him. (00:11:35)

Continuity mistake: When Zigfried walks into the meeting room, one of the board members stands up to speak to him. The man has one hand placed on the table and there is a piece of paper on the table next to his left hand, but when the shot cuts, he has both hands on the table and the piece of paper is nowhere near him. Continuity mistake: When Kaiba says to Zigfried that he has never stolen anything in his life, his left arm is at his side. When the shot cuts, his left arm is extended and bent at the elbow. (00:13:12)
One Step Ahead: Part Two - S5-E11
Continuity mistake: When Kaiba draws Graceful Charity and Emergency Provisions from his deck, in the close-up shot of the cards in his hand, the tip of one of his fingers can be seen next to the left-hand side of the Graceful Charity card. In the next shot, the fingertips of three of his fingers can be seen next to the left-hand side of the card. (00:13:30)
One Step Ahead: Part Two - S5-E11
Other mistake: When Kaiba summons Chaos Emperor Dragon, in the shot of him placing the monster card on the duel disk, the only other card in his hand is the Emergency Provisions spell card. On the same turn, he sets a face-down card, which he could only have gotten from the cards in his hand. Then he activates Emergency Provisions, and two additional cards can be seen in his hand. This would mean that there would have been four cards in his hand overall, even though he only had one card earlier in the turn. (00:14:05 - 00:14:35)

Continuity mistake: When Chaos Emperor Dragon is summoned to the field, the dragon's forearms are raised. In the next shot, they are lowered. (00:14:09)

Continuity mistake: Just before Zigfried's life points go down to 1100, his arms are at his side. Then, when his life points count is shown going down to 1100, his arms are suddenly extended. (00:15:10)

Continuity mistake: When Zigfried activates his Magical Arms spell card, his life points increase from 1100 to 2100. When this happens, the fingers in his right hand are opened out, but when the shot cuts, his right hand is closed into a fist. (00:15:35)

Continuity mistake: When Zigfried's life points go from 2600 to 1600, he is standing at an angle where his body is rotated and his arm is extended in a direction that is facing Kaiba. When the shot cuts, his body is not rotated and his arm is extended to the left. (00:16:10)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba activates Spell Reproduction, he discards two spell cards from his hand to bring back another spell card from his graveyard. When he does this, the De-Fusion spell card can be seen in his hand. Then, when Kaiba shows Zigfried the Dimension Fusion spell card after it returns to his hand, the De-Fusion card has disappeared from his hand. The De-Fusion card reappears in his hand when Kaiba places the five monster cards on his duel disk. (00:17:45)

Continuity mistake: When the final Blue-Eyes White Dragon is about to attack Zigfried, in the shot of Zigfried saying "No," his arms are away from his face. In the next shot, his arms are covering his face in order to brace himself for the attack. (00:20:05)
Sinister Secrets: Part 1 - S5-E12
Continuity mistake: When Roland announces Leon's name before the duel, Rebecca and a bunch of kids are clapping around him. In a shot from behind Leon and the kids, Roland can be seen on the stage and is directly facing them. In the next shot, when Roland announces Yugi's name, Leon and Rebecca are on Roland's right and the other kids have disappeared. (00:03:30)

Continuity mistake: When Tea is thanking Mokuba for getting them the best seats in the house, Devlin can be seen standing behind Tea, and Professor Hawkins can be seen standing on Tea's right. In the next shot, Devlin and Professor Hawkins have disappeared. (00:04:05)

Character mistake: When Joey says that he could have been a contender in the final, Rebecca tells him that he lost his First Duel. Revealing mistake: After Little Red Riding Hood has been summoned to the field, there is a shot with Little Red Riding Hood in the foreground of the shot, while the other characters talk on the balcony in the background of the shot. During the shot, Rebecca is leaning her head over the edge of the balcony and starts talking. The other characters turn their heads to face her, but their heads appear to be facing the area behind where she is standing and not looking in her direction. (00:09:32)
