Continuity mistake: When the Millennium Key is shaking, Shada is holding it with his fingers around the front side and thumb along the back side. When the shot cuts to focus on the alleyway, his fingers are around the back side and his thumb is along the front side. (00:07:45)

Continuity mistake: When Aknadin pushes Shada to the floor, he lands a fair distance away from the Pharaoh. But in the next shot, the Pharaoh is much closer to him. Also, Mana is looking at Shada when he lands on the floor, but is looking at Aknadin when the shot cuts. (00:06:30)

Continuity mistake: When Aknadin takes the Millennium Rod off Seto, in the close-up of him removing the rod from Seto's hand, he grabs it by the round Millennium piece on top of the rod. When the shot cuts, his hand is further down and is holding it by the rod. (00:07:33)

Continuity mistake: When the Millennium Rod is removed from Seto's hand by Aknadin, Seto's right hand is clenched into a fist and cannot move due to being put under a spell. A few seconds later, when Aknadin says "and now, the final piece," Seto's right hand has rotated 90 degrees. (00:07:34)

Continuity mistake: When Aknadin walks up to the Millennium Stone, he is holding the Millennium Eye in his left hand and the Millennium Rod in his right hand. When he goes to insert the items into the seals, the Millennium Eye is in his right hand and the Millennium Rod is in his left hand. (00:08:10)

Continuity mistake: When Bakura places the hourglass on the table, sand can be seen in the bottom half of the hourglass. Later in the scene, when Bakura says "Guilty as charged" after the Pharaoh realises he was the one who reversed time, the sand in the hourglass has disappeared. The sand reappears in the hourglass seconds later. (00:10:39 - 00:11:06)

Continuity mistake: Bakura places his hourglass token and an hourglass on the table in front of him while explaining his plan to the Pharaoh. Later, when Bakura says his game piece has doubled in overall strength, the hourglass and hourglass token cannot be seen on the table. The items reappear on the table after the Pharaoh asks what he did to Aknadin. (00:13:08)

Revealing mistake: When Yugi realises that they are in the room where they store all the food for the palace, there is a shot from above where Joey shouts, "Please tell me this isn't happening." In this shot, Yugi, Tea and Tristan are drawn without faces. (00:12:40)

Continuity mistake: When the main characters are standing on the bridge that Yugi says must be "the final test", there are stone tablets on the bridge, as well as two square borders around the tablets.
