Continuity mistake: When Bakura begins absorbing the Pharaoh's spirit, the Pharaoh raises his forearms as the entity goes inside his body. When the shot cuts, his forearms are lowered and his hands are clenched into fists. (00:18:00)

Continuity mistake: When Aknadin pushes Shada to the floor, he lands a fair distance away from the Pharaoh. But in the next shot, the Pharaoh is much closer to him. Also, Mana is looking at Shada when he lands on the floor, but is looking at Aknadin when the shot cuts. (00:06:30)

Continuity mistake: When Aknadin takes the Millennium Rod off Seto, in the close-up of him removing the rod from Seto's hand, he grabs it by the round Millennium piece on top of the rod. When the shot cuts, his hand is further down and is holding it by the rod. (00:07:33)

Continuity mistake: When the Millennium Rod is removed from Seto's hand by Aknadin, Seto's right hand is clenched into a fist and cannot move due to being put under a spell. A few seconds later, when Aknadin says "and now, the final piece," Seto's right hand has rotated 90 degrees. (00:07:34)

Continuity mistake: When Aknadin walks up to the Millennium Stone, he is holding the Millennium Eye in his left hand and the Millennium Rod in his right hand. When he goes to insert the items into the seals, the Millennium Eye is in his right hand and the Millennium Rod is in his left hand. (00:08:10)

Continuity mistake: When Bakura tells the Pharaoh, "If you want to save your friends, you'll have to win the game," his right hand is on the table and his left hand is off the table. When the shot cuts, his left hand is on the table. (00:10:07)

Continuity mistake: When Bakura places the hourglass on the table, sand can be seen in the bottom half of the hourglass. Later in the scene, when Bakura says "Guilty as charged" after the Pharaoh realises he was the one who reversed time, the sand in the hourglass has disappeared. Village of Vengeance: Part 3 - S5-E27
Continuity mistake: Bakura places his hourglass token and an hourglass on the table in front of him while explaining his plan to the Pharaoh. Later, when Bakura says his game piece has doubled in overall strength, the hourglass and hourglass token cannot be seen on the table. The items reappear on the table after the Pharaoh asks what he did to Aknadin. (00:13:08)

Continuity mistake: When the Pharaoh tells Bakura that he fights for friends and that of the world, he is sitting upright in the chair. When it cuts to a closer shot of him, his abdomen is rotated slightly to the right. (00:20:00)

Revealing mistake: When Yugi realises that they are in the room where they store all the food for the palace, there is a shot from above where Joey shouts, "Please tell me this isn't happening." In this shot, Yugi, Tea and Tristan are drawn without faces. (00:12:40)

Continuity mistake: When Tristan suggests it's time they leave Bobasa, Joey is looking at him. When the shot cuts, Joey is looking at Yugi and Téa. (00:13:00)

Continuity mistake: When Yugi says that they need to help Bobasa, Tristan is directly facing Yugi, Joey, and Tea. Then it cuts to a shot focusing on Tristan, where his body is positioned facing towards Bobasa and then turns his head to face the others. (00:13:30)

Continuity mistake: When the main characters finish dragging Bobasa outside, just as Yugi says "Eat up," they are all positioned on the floor tiles. When the shot cuts, they are all positioned on the grass. (00:14:22)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba arrives in Ancient Egypt, in the shot of him landing on the ground, his arms are outstretched. But in the next shot, his arms are lowered. (00:19:36)

Continuity mistake: When Mana sees the monster emerging in front of her, she raises her left arm and right forearm. When the shot cuts to focus on the monster, her right forearm is lowered. (00:11:35)

Continuity mistake: When the main characters are standing on the bridge that Yugi says must be "the final test", there are stone tablets on the bridge, as well as two square borders around the tablets. In the next shot, the tablets and borders are much larger and cover more of the bridge. (00:19:18)
Continuity mistake: Aknadin traps Seto and Kisara by having large rocks emerge from the ground around them. When Kisara says, "We're trapped," Seto's left arm is extended slightly. But in the next shot, Seto's left arm is lowered. (00:05:51)
Continuity mistake: When Humanoid Giant starts attacking Duos, in the shot focusing on Duos, Seto can be seen in the background of the shot with his right upper arm extended and his right forearm pointed downwards. When the shot cuts, his right upper arm is at his side and his right forearm is extended. (00:06:28)
