Continuity mistake: After the Pharaoh tells Yugi that he can draw one card from his deck due to the effect of his Dark Illusion, Yugi then draws one card from his deck and places two cards face down. When he does this, his duel disk is pointed downwards. But in the next shot, the duel disk is upright. (00:08:30)

Continuity mistake: After Yugi sends Slifer the Sky Dragon back to the graveyard, in the shot where Mokuba says "He just defeated Slifer for the second time," Tea has her right hand raised to her chest. But in the next shot, her right hand is over her mouth. (00:14:03)

Continuity mistake: When the Pharaoh begins to approach the glowing Millennium symbol on the wall, there is a shot of Joey, Tea, and Tristan gaping. The three of them are all standing next to each other when they do this, but when the shot cuts, there is a two-foot gap between Joey and Tristan and a one-foot gap between Joey and Tea. (00:17:00)

Continuity mistake: When Tea asks, "So this is it?", Marik and Ishizu are standing side by side, and Odion is standing directly behind Ishizu. The shot then cuts to Ishizu saying, "The time has arrived," where Odion is behind Ishizu, but now to her right, and Ishizu is now ahead of Marik. (00:17:02)

Continuity mistake: After the tomb has collapsed, there is a shot of all the characters. Bakura and Devlin are standing next to each other, but when it cuts to a wide shot, they are suddenly further apart. (00:20:06)
