Days of Future Past: Part 2 - S1-E12
Character mistake: After Gambit escapes from Wolverine and Bishop, Bishop says to Wolverine "No wonder you sent me back to change the future, because everything that happens is your fault." Wolverine didn't send Bishop back to change the future. He insisted on going back himself, but Bishop forced Wolverine out of the mission and inserted himself into the role because he felt Wolverine was too old to succeed. (00:10:03)
Days of Future Past: Part 2 - S1-E12
Factual error: The U.S. flag has 13 stripes. When Bishop is telling the X-Men how Gambit's betrayal will affect the future, the flag shown flying outside the Capitol building is missing two stripes. In the next shot showing the flag draped over the coffin, it has at least 17 stripes. (00:04:25)

Revealing mistake: When Morph has sabotaged Beast's Danger Room session, the same shot of Beast running away from the projectile apparatus is used twice. (00:18:08)
'Til Death Do Us Part: Part 1 - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: When Rogue takes the unconscious Gambit into the War Room, she sets him down on the center table and stands at the edge of it. When she is showing Storm that she absorbed his powers, she reaches over to grab a coffee mug. There were no coffee mugs on the table when Rogue set him down, and they would be out of reach if they were located on another table. (00:16:57)
'Til Death Do Us Part: Part 1 - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: When Rogue wakes up after Gambit kisses her, there is a pink pillow on the sofa. When the shot changes to her inadvertently kinetically charging the armrest with his powers, the pillow has disappeared. (00:16:23)

'Til Death Do Us Part: Part 1 - S2-E1

'Til Death Do Us Part: Part 1 - S2-E1

'Til Death Do Us Part: Part 1 - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: When Storm is talking to and walking towards Jubilee in the War Room, the TV that everyone was watching is suddenly off, and seems to have disappeared altogether, as no screen is visible. When the shot changes, the TV is back on, and the screen appears to be shorter and wider than first shown. When Xavier is leaving the room, the TV is off again, and the screen like before seems to have vanished. (00:09:16 - 00:10:02)
'Til Death Do Us Part: Part 1 - S2-E1
Audio problem: When the Friends of Humanity are approaching the mutant that looks like a werewolf, they are saying "No more mutants," and none of them are pressing their lips together to produce the "M" sounds when saying "more" and "mutants." (00:08:37)
'Til Death Do Us Part: Part 1 - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: When the Friends of Humanity are attacking the mutant, the amount of spacing between the letters on the sign that says "Burgers" decreases when the shot changes. There is also a man painting a red "M" on the door below the sign with his left hand while holding a paint bucket in his right hand, and he only paints half the letter before the shot changes. When the shot does change, the "M" is fully formed, and the brush and bucket have swapped hands. (00:08:28)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of Senator Kelly's campaign speech, his campaign button is predominantly white with some blue at the top and bottom. When the shot changes, the majority of the button is now blue, with only a small portion in the center being white. (00:19:20)
Factual error: When a parachuting Xavier is about to land, you can see his legs are bent at the knee to brace for landing. Since Xavier is a paraplegic, he shouldn't be able to do this. (00:19:14)
Answer: It appears a number of factors led to its demise. It was originally intended to air for 65 episodes, but its popularity extended that. However, there were continual production quality problems, issues regarding whether the content was suitable enough for children, as well as financial considerations that finally led to it being ended.
