Continuity mistake: When Bishop is shooting an energy blast at Gambit, he has three playing cards and five poker chips in front of him, while Wolverine also has three cards. When Wolverine is telling them both to sit down, Bishop now has four cards and eight chips, and Wolverine has four cards as well. Additionally, the deck has moved closer to the center of the table, and the arrangement of Wolverine's chips and the arrangement of Gambit's cards and chips have changed. (00:08:35)

Continuity mistake: When Xavier is saying "They can be appealed to, reasoned with," Jean Grey's back is entirely peach-colored, when there should be a blue stripe going down the middle of it. (00:10:36)
Other mistake: When the Lady Gardener touches the flower on her table, it instantly dies, which elicits a shocked reaction from her. This show establishes that mutant powers begin to manifest during puberty, and this character is middle-aged. A character that has been living with their powers for that long shouldn't be shocked at what her powers do. (00:03:56)
Continuity mistake: When Apocalypse is ordering War and Archangel to attack the tanks, Archangel's decollete is the same light blue color as his skin, when it should be the darker shade of blue that his outfit his, since his outfit leaves his face and hands exposed. The photograph Xavier shows Rogue of Archangel later in the episode also depicts the same error. (00:09:30 - 00:11:12)

When the shot changes to Bishop stepping out of the alley, the fire hydrant is now by the car's rear bumper, and there is a driveway leading into the alley. Additionally, the building that is behind Bishop changes color from red to green. (00:10:09)

Additionally, in some of the shots of Bishop holding out the card, the he is wearing the temporal band on his arm that he doesn't receive until a few minutes later in the episode. (00:04:55)

Continuity mistake: When Wolverine is asking Bishop if he knows him from somewhere, his pupils have been drawn as small black circles inside a blue circle that are the same color as his eyes. Within the same shot, his small pupils suddenly become larger by filling in the rest of the blue circle, and then just as quickly go back to being small. (00:04:27)

Audio problem: When Bishop is saying "They treat the rest of us just fine," his mouth is not moving for the last two words. (00:04:53)
Answer: Chris Potter, the original Gambit voice actor, did indeed quit the role in the 4th season. His last episode was The Phalanx Covenant Part 1 so it seems reasonable that Fox would limit the use of the character even though it was recast. It doesn't appear that Potter left the role due to animosity, he stated in an interview that he wished to play Gambit in the first live action X-Men film.
