Everything Old Is New Again - S1-E26
Continuity mistake: When people start to dance at the reception, there is a shot of Susan, Doug and Mark. Then the sax player approaches Susan and asks her to dance so she leaves and hits the dance floor with him. They show them dancing, then a few seconds later go back to the people standing by the table and Susan is next to Doug again. (00:42:00)
Continuity mistake: While Doug is giving CPR to the kid that was stuck it is pouring rain and everyone is soaking wet. When he runs with the kid and cop to the ambulance, it is no longer raining and they are all dry.
Continuity mistake: In season one (Thanksgiving episode) and in Season 2 (his graduation) Carter says he has a sister. After these seasons when his family is very involved in multiple plotlines there is no sister.
Character mistake: When Dr. Keaton rushes back into the OR to take over from Peter, she moves forward, pushing the door open with her hands. No surgeon would EVER enter an OR this way-it would contaminate her hands. The proper way is to back into the room, keeping one's hands in the air and free.
Continuity mistake: When Susan and Chloe are fighting in front of the desk, you can see 2 marks on Susan's right shoulder that look like blood with no obvious source from previous scenes. While Chloe is having her hand treated, Susan is standing outside the door and turns, and the marks have disappeared. (00:35:05 - 00:35:50)
Continuity mistake: Benton's stethoscope moves between shots as he talks to Hicks about failing to get allowances to harvest a patients organs for donation. As he comes out of the room the stethoscope lies over his shoulders, in the next shot of Benton it's hanging round his neck.
Chaos Theory (a.k.a. Unknown Origin) - S9-E1
Visible crew/equipment: While Gallant is running on the sixth floor the boom mic is visible in the window.
Visible crew/equipment: A camera is visible in the balloon at the very end.
Continuity mistake: When Kerry leaves Romano's office the door is already closing in the close up, but when she is walking out the door is still, then closes.
Visible crew/equipment: While Elizabeth and Mark are waiting in the ambulance wing you can see the cameraman and camera crew reflected in the ambulance window.
Continuity mistake: When Abby places the red stickers on Mr. Stegman's chest, after Carter is shocked they are in different places.
Visible crew/equipment: While Susan is talking to her patient with the tendency to leave his clothes on, stage lights are visible in his glasses.
Continuity mistake: While talking to Kerry in the medicine cupboard Deb's stethoscope changes position numerous times.
Surrender (a.k.a. Inside Out) - S7-E12
Continuity mistake: When Weaver is leaving her hose the "snow " on her head disappears in the long shot.
Continuity mistake: While operating on Lucy, Kerry Weaver gets massive amounts of blood on her left sleeve, but when she is sent to the OR the sleeve barely has any blood on it.
Audio problem: The "swoosh" as the ball goes through the net is early.
Continuity mistake: When Cleo and Mark are playing basketball, when Mark shoots for the first time Cleo is standing to the left of the hoop - when the ball hits the rim it launches off the rim to the right, but in the next shot Cleo has the ball.
Continuity mistake: When Abby gets bitten she holds her wrist but in the next shot her hand is covering her upper forearm.
