Choosing Joi - S5-E13

Continuity mistake: When Carter and Kerry are in her kitchen and she is making something in the blender, the level of liquid drops a few inches even though she doesn't pour anything out of it.

Do You See What I See? - S4-E10

Continuity mistake: Even though Carter and Henry were outside in the snow when the patient Lenny arrived, and they had quite a bit of snow in their hair, when the shot goes to them entering the building, we don't see any snow on Carter and Henry - but there is still lots on the patient and the paramedics.

Men Plan, God Laughs - S1-E23

Continuity mistake: Carter, referring to the patient Isadore, announces that he can't find a pulse in his leg - as he says this, his stethoscope is around his neck. Doug orders him to find a surgeon and suddenly the stethoscope is in Carter's ears, but there was no time for the switch.

Truth & Consequences - S6-E5

Continuity mistake: Lizzie sees Dr. Morgenstern for the first time in the ER and she asks Kerry, "Who the hell was that?", and Kerry answers, "Our Chief of Emergency Medicine." Yet when he resigns in Episode 19, he tells Peter he's resigning as Chief of Surgery. Unless he held both positions, Kerry's answer could not be considered a character mistake, as she would have known what his position was.

Don't Ask, Don't Tell - S3-E3

Continuity mistake: Carters throws his white towel on top of the lockers and it falls to the floor and the locker door closes - but the next shot shows the towel on top of the lockers again and the locker is half-open.

Baby Shower - S2-E15

Factual error: The majority of the babies that come out are far far too clean. This is particularly noticeable with the 2 twins, where the second one has nothing cleaned off it when it's presented to his mother.

Motherhood - S1-E25

Continuity mistake: Near the start of the show, Susan rushes into the ER with Chloe who is in labour. Carter is sitting behind the desk and he tips back, falls over, and takes his coffee down with him. Then he is suddenly standing there with a wheelchair for Chloe and he also hands Susan a mug of coffee from the counter, which somehow just appeared there. All this took place in 6 seconds, which couldn't have happened in real time.

Night Shift - S3-E11

Continuity mistake: When Carter and Doyle are running down a corridor to the patient having a heart attack, the camera follows them along the floor and you can see several coloured lines going down the hall. After we see this, they burst through a double door, and if you look behind them you cannot see these lines anymore; they've simply vanished.

Under Control - S6-E16

Continuity mistake: When Carter goes into the lounge, he leans his crutches against the lockers and then moves his bag off his shoulder. One crutch falls to the floor, then the bag, then the other crutch. When the shot changes to show these items on the floor, the bag is lying neatly on top of the crutches - an impossibility due to the way they all fell.

He never got the Iodine and it would take about 10 minutes after the iodine before The Test starts.

Something New - S4-E2
