Be Still My Heart - S6-E13

Visible crew/equipment: When the son of the accident victims is being led through the trauma rooms to see his parents' bodies, you can see Laura Innes crouching under a table in the background directing the scene. Innes was the director of this episode and it was established that this episode took place on her character's day off. Therefore, she should not have appeared in front of the camera at all. Viable Options - S6-E17

Continuity mistake: Luka is in talking to the first possible kidney transplant patient - he puts his pen into his pocket and is holding the chart in his other hand, also up by his chest. The Domino Heart - S6-E11

Continuity mistake: When Louise is talking about her mother's Parkinson's, the camera shot from behind her shows her left arm folded up in front of her with something red over it - but the shot from the other side shows the red item draped over her right arm.

Abby Road - S6-E12

Be Patient - S6-E15

Continuity mistake: When Luka is accusing the man who hit the little girl, he places his hand on the guy's chest and says "and you just drove off - Hit and Run?"; the shot changes and his hand is off to the side, no where near the man's chest.

Sins of the Fathers - S6-E4

Continuity mistake: Mark and Dave are talking about the parachutist who had just died. As Dave says, "He died before I had a chance", an extra walks by them on the right. The shot shifts to Mark, who replies, but it is 4 seconds before the extra appears again beside Mark - this should have happened in a Split Second, not 4.

The Domino Heart - S6-E11

Continuity mistake: Dr. Romano hands Lucy a pen so that Valerie's mother can sign a consent form. Lucy puts her hand on the pen and then the shot changes and we see her put it on the pen again.

Viable Options - S6-E17

Be Patient - S6-E15

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the show, Mark is talking to his father, who is putting his bathrobe on; he has one arm in the sleeve but as Mark says, "I need to talk to you", his father turns towards him and the bathrobe is nowhere to be seen - a couple of seconds later he starts to put it on again.

Under Control - S6-E16

Continuity mistake: When Carter picks up his crutches from the floor of the lounge, his hand is near the crossbars. When he hoists himself up, the shot shows his hand near the top of the crutches.

Be Still My Heart - S6-E13

Continuity mistake: Near the beginning of the show, when Elizabeth and her mother are having tea before they both go off to work, for a couple of shots from in front of her, Elizabeth is holding the mug with both hands, but the shots from behind her show her holding it with one hand only.

Greene with Envy (a.k.a. Lawrence of Northwestern) - S6-E3

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Lawrence is working on the ER with Mark, he gets frustrated because the tag Kerry's issued to everyone gets in his way. He asks someone to get it out of his way, and as he moves around to the other side of the table, we can see it has been pulled up around the back of his neck. As he reaches the other side, it is suddenly hanging straight down again. A short time later it is tucked up around his neck again. At no time did he adjust it.

Be Still My Heart - S6-E13

Continuity mistake: When Carter enters Mrs. Connelly's room, we should still be able to see Lucy who was just talking to him outside the door. But when the shot shows him entering the room, there is no sign of Lucy.

Under Control - S6-E16

Revealing mistake: Near the beginning of the show, Mark's father puts a bulb into an old slide projector. Then there is a small explosion with smoke and flames - watched carefully, we can see are actually coming from the other side of the projector - the flames can be seen shooting parallel and close to the floor, which wouldn't have happened if the explosion actually came from the projector.

Truth & Consequences - S6-E5

Continuity mistake: Near the start of the show, Dr. Dave asks the patient Jesse how he's feeling and Jesse answers, "Not so well", and then begins throwing up. By the next shot, though, there is more vomit on his shirt than could have possibly got there in such a short time.

Leave It to Weaver - S6-E1

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Finch is talking to Jeanie about the AIDS patient, Jeanie's stethoscope goes from being fully visible over both lapels to being only visible on the right side - without her touching it.

Doug Ross: Dr. Weaver and the sound of her own voice. A love story.

Trivia: Doug Ross frequently hung his head low, appearing ashamed or thoughtful or privately amused, depending on the scene. This wasn't just an element of the character: George Clooney had taken to writing his lines on papers, sheets, and other props.

Answer: A man named Paul Sobriki comes into the ER in the season 6 episode 13 " All in the Family." He is complaining of headaches, Carter and Lucy decide to rule out meningitis and do a lumber puncture. Paul struggles during the procedure and believes that both doctors are stabbing him. Lucy, who is interested in Psych thinks something is wrong with their patient mentally, but Carter is dismissive of her. She gets cross with his attitude and she calls the psych department anyway to have a look at him. Later on and near the closing 20 minutes or so of the episode, all the staff start playing loud music and get a cake which appears to be blue lol, together to party as it's Valentines Day, Carter returns from somewhere and asks where Lucy is. He goes to check one of the rooms for her and Paul Sobriki comes up behind him in the dark and stabs him twice in the lower back, he collapses and as he falls unconscious he sees Lucy on the ground also. In the next episode, Be Still My Heart (ep 14), Dr Weaver discovers them and all of the staff work to try and save them, whilst Carter survives. Lucy's wounds are fatal and suffers a pulmonary embolism as Corday and Romano try to save her. Carter is grief stricken and feels guilty about the way he treated her, he becomes addicted to painkillers and Benton, Greene all help him and book him into rehab.

Answer: Lucy and Carter were stabbed by a patient she had suspected of having mental problems. Lucy died and Carter survived only to become addicted to painkillers.
