Continuity mistake: In the early shows, the door between the dining room and kitchen is a swinging door with louvers. In later shows there is a regular sized door with partial louvers. However, after this change, there are a couple of episodes within the same season, where the regular sized louver door is a solid door with no louvers.

Other mistake: Samantha is reading a 4-line note from Endora. The paper is semi-transparent and in a shot from the front, we can easily see the writing through the paper. However, after the note is "twitched" into a second, shorter note, there's another shot from the front - and the lettering looks exactly the same as it did before. (00:16:40)
It's So Nice to Have a Spouse Around the House - S5-E5
Plot hole: Darrin tells Serena that it was a good idea to have Endora babysit Tabitha. However, he wasn't even home when Endora left with Tabitha; he was unaware that a sitter was even needed. How could he have known? (00:12:40)
Continuity mistake: The doorknob on the nursery room door is on the right side of the door whether it's viewed from outside or inside the room. It should be on the left side in one of the views and the right side in the other. (00:07:00)

Revealing mistake: When Samantha is showing Martha the washing machine, look at Martha's shadow; it's visible on the "trees" outside the window in the door, making it obvious it is a painted backdrop. (00:05:35)
Continuity mistake: When Larry comes to the Stephens' house, he looks at Dr. Bombay and asks "who's that?" In Season 3, There's Gold in Them Thar Pills he met Dr. Bombay and partnered with him to sell Dr. Bombay's pill to cure the common cold.

Revealing mistake: The wires used to help Adam's cup of milk float around are plainly visible. (00:00:25)
Continuity mistake: In this episode, Darrin announces that he doesn't like cream in his coffee. In season 2, "The Joker is a Card," Darrin likes cream in his coffee, and Uncle Arthur zaps a cow into the living room.

Character mistake: In Season 3, Witches and Warlocks are My Favorite Things, Maurice says he won't stay for Tabitha's testing coven because it's "women's work" but in this episode, when Adam is finally tested, he arrives and says he wouldn't miss seeing his grandchild being tested.
Visible crew/equipment: When the deck of cards is floating up the steps you can see the shadow of the pole used to "float" the cards... look to the left on the wall and towards the ceiling.

Revealing mistake: When Samantha, Darrin and Dr. Bombay are in the living room and walk as a group towards the television, you can see the crease in the carpet where the floor is going to collapse.
The Trial and Error of Aunt Clara - S3-E21
Continuity mistake: When Samantha opens the door, you can see the 3 pictures by the door. The middle picture is straight. When the camera cuts to Samantha and Aunt Clara and returns to Larry at the door, the middle picture is crooked... a necessary plot point to distract Larry from the desk in the stair case.

Other mistake: When Louise returns, when the cow is in the living room, she says Samantha has given her the "wrong jacket." When she leaves again, she takes the same green jacket with her.
Samantha is Earthbound - S8-E16
Revealing mistake: When Samantha is in the tree at the party, you can see the reflection of the branch against the "sky" revealing blue painted sky.
Answer: Larry had been telling Darrin what it means psychologically that Samantha gave the coat away. Larry said giving it away meant she's happy being married but if she liked the coat it means she desires to be single and carefree. So when Darrin sees the coat, he immediately thinks Samantha doesn't want to be married and the fact that she twitched it means (in his mind) she wants to be a single, carefree witch again.
