Visible crew/equipment: While Sam is defending Darrin during the trial, just as she mentions their absurd belief that if someone speaks differently it's a sign of witchery, the white chalk T-mark is visible on the floor under the desk, where Phineas is sitting. Revealing mistake: After Samantha restores The Leprechaun's power he walks into the backyard, and when Endora, who's on the roof, uses her powers to have him float up to join her, the wire cables can be seen giving him the needed boost upwards. Later, the cables can be seen again when Sam lifts him up in the living room. (00:09:40)
Continuity mistake: Aunt Clara crashes into the pagoda and is helped up by Darrin and Samantha. They head inside and you can see Aunt Clara's purse sitting in the pagoda to the bottom left. But when all three enter the house, Aunt Clara is now carrying her purse. (01:14:00 - 01:20:00)
Answer: Larry had been telling Darrin what it means psychologically that Samantha gave the coat away. Larry said giving it away meant she's happy being married but if she liked the coat it means she desires to be single and carefree. So when Darrin sees the coat, he immediately thinks Samantha doesn't want to be married and the fact that she twitched it means (in his mind) she wants to be a single, carefree witch again.
