Continuity mistake: While Stewie and Olivia are performing, Olivia is wearing a light purple dress. After the performance, when Stewie and Olivia are sitting on the piano talking to their teacher, Olivia's dress changes from purple to blue in between shots. She is also wearing dark red lipstick instead of none at all.
Continuity mistake: When Peter is calling for people to fight Lois, he is standing next to a sign that says "Fight the ass kicking housewife" and has metal rings at the top. When it moves to a closer shot, a hyphen has appeared between "ass" and "kicking". Then, after the space where the commercial break would have been, the sign now says "$10.00" and there are no metal rings. Finally, in the next shot, the sign says "Fight the..." and has metal rings on top.
Continuity mistake: At the bottom of the stairs there is a picture of Peter and Lois, and the song "So Long, Farwell" starts. The kids start singing and you can see in the backround the picture is gone then comes back when the kids are going back up the stairs.
Revealing mistake: After the fight between Stewie and Olivia at the concert hall (followed by their breakup), Simon tells Stewie that the act without Olivia is "over" as he turns to walk off the screen. However, before Simon is even partially out of the shot, he completely disappears.
Other mistake: When Quagmire is sticking his body out of the car door and yelling "Whooooooa! Whoooooooa!", look at the person in the back seat. It certainly isn't Joe, who was there in the previous shot, in fact it looks like another Quagmire.
Continuity mistake: In this episode, Mort Goldman shows Peter a dating video he made, saying it's how he and his wife met. He is an adult in the video, yet in an earlier episode 'The Kiss Seen Round The World', Mort's wife tells the Griffins that she met him when they were just 14.
Continuity mistake: When the family is in the traffic jam there's a shot from the front of the car, and in the next shot from the backseat of the car, Peter's face (glasses and part of nose) is reflected in the rear view mirror. However, there's no rear view mirror in the first front shot or shots following backseat shot.

Continuity mistake: When Mr. Weed is crying about losing his job, we see a view of a long line of trees in the window behind him. The camera switches to a close-up of Peter. When it zooms out again, the trees on the right of Mr. Weed are missing.
Other mistake: After the hurricane passes, Peter acts like he's been impaled by a wooden plank. He pulls it out as if it was attached to his right side. However, the way the metal on the clasp was bent, the only way the wooden plank could've been positioned that way is if the metal was over his shoulder.
Continuity mistake: Just before Peter enters the tunnel in his new car, the white line in the middle of the road is blotchy and not continuous. When the shot changes to Peter's POV, the line has completely disappeared. The next shot which shows the car side on, there is now a straight white line on the road.
Continuity mistake: When the flag team first walks out to the field, they are all in a straight line. Next time they are in two seperate lines with Meg at the head. Also, the girl with the head brace moves to the front when she is seen in the back. There is not enough time for them to move into the lines.
Continuity mistake: As Stewie is about to eat his brisket (just before he throws it at Meg) he is cutting part of it off. Just as he cuts through the shot cuts and you can see the brisket is now back in one whole piece. You can also see the mashed potatoes change from white to green.
Continuity mistake: When Peter catches up to Brian in the golf cart at the rehab facility, Brian is seen wearing a track suit with a headband and holding hand weights. Peter convinces him to go mess with the pregnant teens across the lake and in the row boat over Brian is still wearing the tracksuit and headband. However, when we see them enter a room where the pregnant teens are he has obviously taken off the tracksuit and headband and is just seen wearing his dog collar.

Factual error: When Peter has his KISS trivia game with Dave the nudist, he asks what the ad read that brought Peter Criss to KISS, and they both answer in unison: "Drummer willing to do anything to make it". In fact, the ad read: "Drummer with 15 years' experience willing to do anything to make it". As the original ad is referenced and shown in several biographies on KISS, as well as the "KISS: eXposed" video, it's not something these two trivia experts would have missed.
Audio problem: After Lois goes insane and jumps out the window, she insults Frosty the Snowman, who then goes up to her to demand an apology. Lois then takes out a match and uses Frosty's nose to light it. Frosty recoils, holding his nose and saying "Ow, ow, what the-" but it cuts to a shot of Lois grabbing a bottle of beer from a hobo as Frosty is saying "What the" and it shows him standing perfectly straight, with his mouth not moving at all.
Continuity mistake: When Brian is giving his speech at the end, it shows two policemen. The one on the left has a brown drink and the one on the right has a yellow drink. But in the next shot, the one on the right has a yellow drink and the one on the left has a clear drink.
Continuity mistake: When Peter is convincing Joe to do something with his life, they are listening to the news and beer cans are everywhere. Then the news reporter says, "Better watch out for that skateboard." After he slips, look around the room: there are no beer cans anymore.
Continuity mistake: Brian gets the fur on his hands burned off by the kitchen fire, but when Lois goes crazy and goes into the living room, the rest follow her and the screen zooms out. When that happens Brian's fur is back on his hands.
Continuity mistake: When Simon is working with Stewie in his "The Life Cycle" exercise, there are three children behind him: a redhead with freckles, a blonde with glasses, and another blonde. However, after Simon turns around and says, "Any comments?", there is a wide pan of the kids in the class, and the three kids have completely disappeared.
Continuity mistake: When we first see the sign outside the Quahog institute of performing arts, it has a cartoon take on the comedy and tragedy masks in the corners. In the left hand corner is a black mask with big ears and a smile and on the right is a white mask with a frown. Later on, the black mask has the frown and the white mask has the big ears and smile and the 3rd time you see the sign it has changed back again.
Continuity mistake: When Peter and Brian are escaping from the locals in their car, they go over a ridge. They freeze in midair and a voice says "those Griffin boys..." and the screen goes black. Then, in the next shot, the whole landscape is different. Even though the angle of the shot is different, that doesn't account for the disappearance of Chris and Sam or the colour-change of the sky.
Continuity mistake: When Peter goes to see his ex-girlfriend, she says she never washed her hand and takes off her right glove to show a black hand. It is like this right up until Peter leaves. She then turns around and the hands have switched colours.
Continuity mistake: Pay attention to the items behind the police auctioneer. In the first couple of shots we see a statue of a knight on a horse to the left of the auctioneer. When the camera cuts to Peter, and then cuts back, the statue is gone. The statue is then back in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: When Gene Simmons points the microphone at Lois, she is surrounded by people with Kiss make-up on. In the next shot, when she says "Is that it?", she is surrounded by a different group of people, one of whom is not wearing make-up.
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Peter and Brian crash through the wall in the car during dinner, Lois is standing by the table with oven mitts on. In the next shot when Lois asks Peter what he's doing the oven mitts are gone. There was no time to take them off and nowhere to put them either.
Factual error: When Meg is spinning her flag on the football field, she grips her flag at the bottom of the pole. She should grip in the middle of the pole, directly under the silk. It would be near-impossible to execute the spin she was doing if she was holding the pole that way.

Continuity mistake: When the children are singing, "So Long, Farewell", as they are going upstairs they pass a picture of Lois' parents hanging along the middle of the stairwell. When they get to the top of the staircase, we see the exact same picture, but now at the head of the stairs.
Continuity mistake: Right after Lois is telling Peter that he should go to Joe's house, you see a plate and a coffee mug. But right after the angel spirit holds the gun up to Peter's head, and he is walking away from the table, the plate and mug are gone.
Other mistake: During the scene at the rehab clinic when Brian is jogging, Peter asks if he wants to go "mess with the pregnant teens across the lake." Brian says no because "Group therapy, two o'clock." However, the sky looks as if the sun is about to rise or just set. The time cannot be anywhere close to 2:00, neither AM nor PM.
Continuity mistake: When the black knight appears and says to Peter "What are you doing with my girl!?", there is a pitcher and a basket with a chicken leg on the table. But on the next shot where the camera is facing to Peter, both the pitcher and the basket disappear.
