Other mistake: When Lois knocks out the karate master, if you look in the stands, behind Peter, there is a person without a nose.
Factual error: When Meg and Lois are in the back of a police car they escape by opening the back doors and getting away. The rear doors of a police car can only open from the outside, for obvious reasons and this escape could not be possible.

First, she's wearing white gloves, but in one shot both of her hands are bare on the steering wheel. Second, Lois is wearing a green coat and white scarf around her neck, but in the shot facing the town's tree through the windshield, her scarf/collar is red (her Santa hat has a red narrow tip with a white pom-pom).

Answer: Lacey Chabert was the actress who originally voiced Meg in early episodes. She left of her own accord due to being in school and other acting work; Seth MacFarlane has stated there was no tension with her leaving, but it makes for a handy joke for the show.
