Continuity mistake: When, Lisa bangs on the window of the operating theatre, there is a person sitting behind her who is asleep. However, when she shouts to Dr Nick, the people behind her are completely different. Then she sits down again, and the sleeping person is behind her. (00:20:00)
Continuity mistake: When the family is at dinner, there is a top down view which zooms in on them from above. In this shot there is no newspaper on the chest (to Homer's left). In the next shot of Homer a newspaper has appeared. (00:07:50)
A Streetcar Named Marge - S4-E2
Continuity mistake: As Marge is about to leave for her first audition, she walks across the room and she is wearing white slip-on shoes. Then her and Homer talk for a bit, then when it cuts to a wider shot after they talk, she now has her red flat-heels on. (00:03:30 - 00:04:00)

Continuity mistake: When Dr Nick visits Homer for the first time, he leaves the door open. But later before the reporters come to the door, the door is closed. (00:13:40)
Continuity mistake: In one scene Bart is swinging on a washing line then we see Homer talk to Marge and he says "He'll soon get tired of it" then it goes back to Bart and he is facing the opposite direction and he is swinging on two washing lines. (00:04:22)
Continuity mistake: When it is announced that Amber is the winner of the contest, and Lisa is runner-up, the stands in the back of the stage are empty. However, when Lisa walks off, all the contestants are back on the stands. (00:15:00)
Continuity mistake: Willie rips off his entire shirt before he fights the wolf, but in the next scene, when he is wrestling the wolf, he is wearing a torn-up shirt. (00:18:40)
Continuity mistake: At Moe's, when Homer takes hold of the telephone its color is red, but then changes to blue as he speaks to Marge. (00:02:30)
Continuity mistake: When Mr Burns draws the moustache and horns on the T.V. screen of Marge, they just disappear in the next shot when he starts to draw the bees. (00:19:30)
Continuity mistake: After Bart is attacked by the wolf and goes back into class, the banner above the chalkboard that has the alphabet on it is blue. Every time we see the banner after that it is yellow. (00:18:40)

Continuity mistake: When Homer is eating the bacon and what looks like scrambled eggs after claiming Marge's oatmeal had a bug on it, the close up of the bacon shows that it is pink/purple and the eggs are yellow but the in the following shot, when Bart says, "Dad, there's a bug on that." the bacon and the eggs switch colours. (00:03:40)
Continuity mistake: Mr. Burns gives Marge a present when she starts her new job. The present is light purple with a red ribbon around it. Seconds later though, the present turns to orange with a red ribbon around it. (00:11:45)
Continuity mistake: When Bart comes back into the classroom after the wolf attack, Ms Krabappel is writing on the black board and there is quite a bit of writing up there. After we see Bart the shot goes back to Ms Krabappel and all the writing has gone. (00:18:45)

Continuity mistake: When Homer is having his operation, and Dr. Nick says, "I know I'm supposed to cut something, but what and where?" his moustache disappears three times. (00:19:50)
Itchy and Scratchy: The Movie - S4-E6
Continuity mistake: When Homer is in Lisa's classroom and imitates a farting sound, there is a sink at the back of the classroom and nobody is using it. However in the wide shot, there are suddenly two people by the sink. When the shot is back to Homer, nobody is by it. (00:03:00)
Continuity mistake: When the wolf runs out of Krusty's studio, the woman who described it changes from having two gloves on to one glove on. (00:16:40)
Continuity mistake: When Bart arrives at school in the bus, after Homer plowed the road for the bus, the sidewalk is covered in snow except for Martin's footprints. Then, when he gets out, the sidewalk has been shovelled, as there is no snow on it. Following this, Bart is pelted by snowballs, which sends him falling face-first into the sidewalk, which is once again covered in snow. (00:10:20)
