Flaming Moe - S22-E11

Corrected entry: In the shot of Smithers, right after Moe says "Your queen is back", Smithers' eyebrows overlap his glasses, and you can see the outline of his glasses on his eyebrows.

Nikolai

Correction: After multiple viewings, I think his eyebrows go under his glasses, but just give the illusion of his eyebrows going over his glasses.

MoneyBART - S22-E3

Corrected entry: Mike Scioscia's (the guest star) hat changes from red filled at the start of the roller coaster ride and ends up being white at the end.

Correction: It does change, but if that scene is watched carefully, the force of the wind blowing by the roller coaster blows the red cap off to reveal the white one underneath.
