Question: There is an episode that I can't remember which one. Buddy Castano is begging Anthony to go on a delivery and being very annoying. He does not stop talking and he says out loud,"Silence! Silence! Silence." He leaves the car as Anthony delivers the cake and starts talking on the phone to a friend saying how stupid Anthony is for not letting him go inside. Once Anthony finds him Buddy says, "I'm in the mood for sushi."
Question: How does Abraham know to go to the Connecticut Coast to sell his cabbage? I get that he was looking to sell it on the black market and was surprised to find his friend. But it seems his trip was unplanned and due to Anna's husband being arrested. And it seems he had no signal or password to find the buyer/black market dealer.Bishop73
Question: Why on earth would two men, without so much as a mask, rob a newscaster during a live broadcast? The news is being broadcast to the whole town, so everyone would be able to know what they look like. Even with the power out all over the town, the news station would easily be able to produce a tape for the police.
Question: I can't figure out the ending. After Ig kills Lee and turns to stone, it is implied that he and Merrin are reunited in the afterlife, but all we see is the opening scene of the movie. Is that the afterlife? If so, why would they say that they will love each other for the rest of their lives when they are dead?
Question: In the later scene where the two Asian gang members are being interrogated to discover who hired them, they jokingly say something to each other in their own language, the translator cop makes some smug comment back, and then reveals to Steven Bauer that their employer was Lauderdale. Is anyone able to translate what was said during this little exchange?Gavin Jackson
Question: Is there another version of the movie? Because when I saw it on TV some scenes were cut or changed. It wasn't to remove swearing or anything, it was completely random, for example they cut Dave asking Buddy if he can eat Fiddle Faddles, and they changed Chuck's line "That's a letter I'm writing to Geraldo Rivera" to "That's a letter I'm writing to my father." This version is the version they use on the website Subzin, a website for finding movie quotes. Can someone please explain this version? What it is, how it's different, where it's used, etc.raph
